I have to tell you that almost lot of the portals are currently misleading consumers.
One of the worst could be Commonfloor.com, considered a modern, reliable and most used platform is anything - they have soooooooooooo many issues with a simple rental listing which I tried but more than these there is NO WAY you can get any qualified party to work with you UNLESS you buy one of their packages - so net-net, it's not a free listing and they intentionally seem to have processes that will force ANY customer (Buy/Sell/Lease etc) to make a phone call or just buy their services unlike what they proclaim openly! That to me is a deceiving practice and a Fraud.

The one that I could happily list is makaan.com - still not much of traction from interested parties and I can tell you that there indeed are people in need!
