I would always prefer to surf on my mobile due to convenience. But it is a sad fact that many websites are still not mobile friendly. I was searching for a property close to my office in Bangalore and my friend told me to visit CommonFloor mobile site. It was an awesome experience. Friends, I recommended the Commonfloor mobile website to you all to make your life easy. It's very user friendly. You could gather all relevant info on any particular region or property with ease in this site. So try this out and good luck for your property search.
I have to tell you that almost lot of the portals are currently misleading consumers. One of the worst could be Commonfloor.com, considered a modern, reliable and most used platform is anything - they have soooooooooooo many issues with a simple rental listing which I tried but more than these there is NO WAY you can get any qualified party to work with you UNLESS you buy one of their packages - so net-net, it's not a free listing and they intentionally seem to have processes that will force ANY customer (Buy/Sell/Lease etc) to make a phone call or just buy their services unlike what they proclaim openly! That to me is a deceiving practice and a Fraud. The one that I could happily list is makaan.com - still not much of traction from interested parties and I can tell you that there indeed are people in need!

Commonfloor is the ideal site to visit if you are looking for apartment communities. They cater specifically to apartment societies, allowing tenants to get connected through CommonFloor Apartment Management System.
The company has an ousted website and an app for mobile platforms – Android, iOS and Windows Phone – through which apartment seekers can search and list properties. This is a very useful application to have, especially in metro cities where finding space for bachelors is a headache.

Talk to someone to first know if they can help.
The portal sent 5 leads on my rental listing and 4 of them are for Buy! You cannot contact the one that came in for Lease because its intentionally blocked by the company!!
