I ordered five pair of shoes from them in early 2010. I was hoping to find one or two pair for work, but unfortunately, none fit me well. I returned all five pair within the required time period. I never heard back from them. I checked my credit card two and three months later with no refund. I emailed them probably six times asking where my refund was. UPS verified that they delivered it. By the time that I realized I had been scammed, it was too late to reverse the charges on my credit card. As another reviewer mentioned, very convenient that there was no phone number listed.

This is the worst site EVER! Absolute scam! Ordered a pair of Danskos on 2/26/10. It is now 6/17/10- no shoes! I was charged immediately after ordering. My online receipt still to this day says will ship in 2-3 weeks. I have emailed them about 10 times, with no response. I have filed a complaint with the BBB- again they did not respond. I also tried to dispute the charge from my credit card company and it has been greater than 60 days, so I can't. You can't tell me that this company did not do that intentionally. Also, no phone number on their site! Pretty convienient huh? Don't make the same mistake- NEVER order from this company- tell everyone you know too!

Do not do business with this company. I ordered shoes from them over 2 months ago. They said the shoes would ship in 3 days and charged my card. The shoes never arrived after three weeks. There is no phone number to contact this company only email. I sent them an email after three weeks asking them to cancel my order and refund my credit card. They sent an email two days later saying they would refund my card. There was no refund after two weeks so I emailed them again and got the same response. Now it's been a month and four emails later and no refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH COMFORTSHOESNY.COM!
