Adding to the bad reviews. I didn't choose the delivery company. Columbia Sportwear did. A truck was supposedly "geolocated" in my area which apparently "proves" a package was delivered. They don't care that a delivery is not on my camera, that I was home, my dog did not bark, my granddaughters did not freak out when my motion detector should have gone off, and that my son-in-law did not see a package on the porch when he came in within an hour after the delivery. AND the Columbia delivery page shows it was delivered at 5pm, then at 9pm claims there was a problem, then claims it was delivered at 10 AGAIN. Both companies have done multiple levels of investigations, over weeks, which end with emails saying the case is closed. Phone calls start nicely but end with - nothing can be done. Columbia had the audacity to offer me 20% off to reorder the same item I had supposely received (but did not). I have filed fraud with the police and my bank.

This two-sided belt seemed OK until the top surface by the buckle shredded off and became unsightly.

I have had for 20 YEARS Columbia clothes and have never had an issue returning them it there is a defect. I have a titanium ski jacket and its 3 years old. The gore-text has become brittle and is coming thru the jacket and their customer service says they would cover it for 1 year. What a terrible company now. I just counted what I have, gloves, hats, 4 jackets, 2 sets ski pants, socks,4 pairs of boots, rain suit. I will tell my crew (oh year forgot. I manage a group of people) NOT to BUY anything from them anymore. I really don't care the price as long as it is good, works, stands up to regular wear. *******@outlook.com

Columbia has the best sportswear for extreme sports, like skiing or snowboarding.
I bought an Iceberg point waterproof jacket recently and despite the fact it looks quite thin, it is very warm for cold weather.
In addition they offer online ordering for many countries all over the world.

One of the best options for hikers and other extreme condition recreations. I don't have to care that my Columbia shoes will disintegrate in snow or rain.

This is probably the best outdoor clothing brand. I've been shopping in Columbia for many years and was never disappointed with it. Most of my winter outdoor clothing is from Columbia, they are very warm, comfortable, and of great quality.

Good sportswear, espcially fo rthose who likes winter kinds of sport. I make my buys here only when I plan to go to some cold places for vacation.

Good clothes, I would say the best for a very colt or even frosty weather. I usually shop here when I need quality items.

I bought a pair of boots for hiking at this shop. I must admit they are pretty good and well made. They can be also worn in winter time I think. They are comfortable and don't make me feel tired after long walking.

I've been ordering outdoor clothing and shoes from Columbia for at least a decade and they have not disappointed in terms of quality, shipping speed or customer service. Yes, their gear is overpriced so I only shop sales. Since I live in the tropics I only buy their sun protective hats, shirts, sleeves, etc., as Winter and rain gear has no use here. However, I wanted to give Columbia a thumbs up for maintaining their normal (fast) shipping speed and customer service even during 2020-21 while the pandemic slowed or sidelined many outdoor clothing mail-order businesses. Good show!

Ordered 3 jackets in Black Friday, you know they do not sell cheap jackets, paid express shipment hoping they arrive before Christmas. Jackets never arrived, Columbia after hours and hours of waiting in line for someone to answer by phone and trying many times to get an agent by chat, they just told me, we are sorry contact your carrier! Hey Columbia! I PAID YOU FOR THE SHIPMENT, I DID NOT PAID THE CARRIER! YOU CONTACT THE CARRIER YOU HIRED AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!
