“Love this Brand! Amazing Quality and Options.”

For the Holiday's I bought myself the Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer Collection and I was extremely happy. I honestly don't buy collections with how much they cost, but this was my favorite movie. I love ColourPop cosmetics because of how often they created popular themed colors and packaging for any style. This brand not only makes creative/beautiful colors, has fast shipping, beautiful packaging, but they also make very high-quality products. I want to get so many of their products (Not only just their Pallets). I will definitely recommend buying this brand and I cannot wait to buy more.

“AVOID ordering online”

Trisha T.

I placed an order mid December & it stated 5-7 business days for delivery so i expected it in time for Christmas (Dec 22). Now I got notice (Dec 20th) it will be another 7 days before they SHIP it which is way past Christmas & that's what the order was for. They hadn't even shipped my order yet?! I said if it had not yet been shipped out by today then just cancel my order so now I have no gift. Obviously they are unreliable so I wouldn't order if needed by a specific date. There's much better quality makeup out there that DOESN'T disregard their customers. Glamlite, fenty, Jeffree Star…… all great quality & good customer service! Avoid colourpop! Never ordering from them again!

The underlying request truly stunned me since they generally refreshed me through email. Its items and administrations are amazing and reasonable, yet its site's movement isn't greatly improved. I will give everybody a proposal.

I read from another reviewer and I have the exact same experience: "the customer support just keeps telling me to check at the local post office and I would have gotten just as far talking to a robot."

I am more fortunate than her in that DAIPOST resolved their issues and managed to deliver everything to me intact after 2 weeks of delay with no updates, so no money lost for me.

I am effy about ordering from them again except that there are palettes I really like that I can't get from other sources and need to get from them directly.

I also noticed they claimed that a free single supershock eyeshadow will be included when you order with your birthday code but it was not given to me.

Now, I am just glad to have received all my PAID items that this forgetten free birthday gift seem too minor to pursue. Especially not if it means another round of blood-boiling encounters with Amia J, one of their robotic customer service representative.

Tip for consumers:
I love their products, ngl. If the delivery is smooth, everything is fine, albeit on average 3-4 weeks long if you live outside the US.

Just pray that nothing goes wrong throughout the delivery process or else you have to deal with their poor customer service - slow email reply or worse, evasive, generic and unhelpful replies.

Post it on IG and tag them as a last resort if they refuse to solve your problem via email. I conclude this tip from another review I've read.

Products used:
I still use their products but I also use many other cosmetics brands.

ColourPop's eyeliners suck. The consistently break and crumble. I have tried to exchange products, but they don't answer emails.

Tip for consumers:
No customer service and do not buy their eyeliners! They crumble and break consistently.

Products used:
Creme gel liner by ColourPop. They suck so bad.

I used to like the product earlier. And now something went wrong with them. That is why I give them only 3 stars. Hope that they will improve everything.

After a few days of writing my review I got them. I had no updates or indication that my package was moving but they got here in perfect condition. Here's a pic

Never received my package

I ordered brushes almost 3 months ago. The first time my package got stuck in Vienna, Austria so I emailed the company. They sent me a replacement that I also never received, and was told that there is nothing they can do about it because they already sent me a replacement and I cannot get a refund as well..

I was waiting for the shipment for more than 30 days. I finally received it but when I read here that usually customers do not receive their items I will not use this service anymore.

I recently ordered products based on a promo, where I was supposed to reveive an additional product they were promoting. I did NOT receive the product. Since there is no customer service phone number for some ridiculous reason, probably so they don't have to deal with people, I had to email them and wait 48 hours to hear anything. They told me the promo was no longer happening, and they could not fulfill my request bc it would be "unfair" to other customers. This is utter BS, I ordered it during the time of the promo. OF COURSE the promo was no longer happening, hence being a promo. Idiots. SO basically I never got what I paid for, and they completely ignored my 2nd email. Must feel good to be able to hide behind a computer and write BS copy and paste emails back to customers you claim to care about, calling it customer service.

Additionally, their website over the past two to three weeks has been running incredibly slowly, refreshing itself, and making it wildly difficult to use. Very disappointing to see this rapid decline.

Colourpop.com is illegally putting expiry dates on credits provided to their customers. In my instance, they made an error and did not ship me two items that I had paid for. I let them know using the proper channels and they offered me a credit for the two items with a three month expiry date. I responded that there should be no expiry date as they have my money and cannot tell me that they will keep it without providing me with a product or service (unjust enrichment) due to some arbitrary date passing (in this case, the expiry of the credit). California Law agrees with this. No expiry period is permissible. You give them the money, they ‘owe' you merchandise. They can't take your money and offer you nothing in return. This is because, rather than return items, which they do not allow, I did not receive items that I paid for. So the credit they issued me is no different than a gift card in that sense. Especially since it only applies to their store and their merchandise. As a kicker, the items I did buy and didn't receive are out of stock now. I don't want any other product. I wanted those items. Why give me only three months hoping they restock what I originally order? It's unconscionable and extremely unfair to their customers. So I wouldn't let this go and they offered me a one-time monetary return and I took it. I won't be a customer anymore and I was a fan(atic). It's too bad, but integrity and fairness means a lot to me in life and in business. They have many competitors so I'm not losing one bit.

My first time ordering from Colourpop was last October and I totally fell in love with how fast the shipping and quality of the products I bought were. As of yet, I haven't been disappointed by the quality of the products I've personally purchased, but as soon as Colourpop decided to come out with pressed powdered products I was totally on board and excited. Naturally, I decided to pick up all the colors that I was interested in and new releases that were recently put out for spring. The only reason I am currently disappointed with Colourpop is because when a consumer like myself visits their website and read the product information (which I highly suggest everyone should) on their new pressed eyeshadows it will state what finish it is, the color's undertone and the AMOUNT of product you'll be receiving. The website states each shadow brings 1.5g/0.05oz per eyeshadow, which is very inaccurate, varies eyeshadow to eyeshadow and is completely unfair to anyone making perhaps their first purchase. I have certain shades that only contain 1.0g/. 0.35oz of eyeshadow and at this point I feel I got jipped because if you're putting this information out on a website and when you receive the item it isn't true, how else should a person feel? Maybe it's not a big deal to some because they'll admit that it's an affordable brand, but IF a pressed eyeshadow brings less than 1.5g/0. 0. 05oz, then PLEASE print that on the website for each eyeshadow that doesn't because I understand you're trying to make sales, but things like this for me as a consumer personally tick me off. I purchased from other brands online who I will not mention that are ALSO very affordable brands and they don't LIE about how much product you'll be receiving, so get your act together Colourpop and be MORE honest with your customers, Thanks!

This is the second time I've ordered from ColourPop. The first was over a year ago and I had no complaints at all- fast shipping and super pigmented products- especially the super-shock shadows.

This time, however, the package arrived with the three of the shadows broken and one missing! The shadows looked like they had been chucked into the box with the protective styrofoam carelessly thrown over the top, so I'm surprised that only three were broken during shipping.

That being said, the quality of the shadows is still up to par with the batch that I ordered the first time. If you're buying from ColourPop, I would recommend being careful when you order from them- I feel that their levels of care in shipping drop when it comes to busy Holiday seasons.
