I was having a really hard time finding the right shade of lilac here in Mexico for my boyfriend's sister's wedding. This was the best decision I could have made. The quality exceeds what I would have gotten here in Mexico for the price I payed, plus it reached me 10 days earlier that the delivery ETA. They could probably invest in packaging design, because you basically get your dress plastic wrapping, but apart from that, everything was great. Can't wait to use it in 30 days!

The dress came smelling like it was packed with dead fish. It is probably close to 2 sizes too small after giving the exact measurements. The said they would build extra into the seam so I could have it altered, took it to a seamstress and she says there isn't enough, maybe a 1/2 inch. I contacted them and they said to send pictures. Now all my emails bounce back even though I am replying to the email their customer service sent to me. The wedding is in 2 weeks and I don't have a dress for my daughter.

I received my bridesmaids dress yesterday. I'm so pleased of the color, the stitching and the look when I wear it. And the timing, the dress came 3 days earlier than estimated date. The customer service is timely and helpful. They guided me to get the measurements and helped me to check my order status and track shipping. The fitting is good, too. All in all, a pleasant experience here.

The replacement dress fit great. All of my bridesmaids ordered here and the dresses turned out fantastic. If I can give a couple pieces of advice:
- Order early in case changes are needed
- Avoid any dress designs with details that look like jewels. The 'jewels' look super cheap (at least in my opinion).
Otherwise, I had a great experience with this company.

I was really scared to order dresses online, especially from this site because the reviews looked fake. I ordered swatches and the colors were nice, fabric was soft. I was still undecided on what company to use, but the company contacted me by e-mail a couple of weeks later to see if I was still interested in ordering dresses. I told them I was apprehensive. They told me to order one dress, and if I didn't like it- They would refund me (and if I like it, they would give me a 10% off code for the bridal party). So I went for it. I ordered my maid of honors dress. It arrived in two weeks- Beautiful color, built in bra, very well made. A little wrinkled because it comes in a bag, but overall very well made. Looked exactly like the photo. When I took it to my MOH it didn't fit quite right. Honestly, I think her measurements were off because she measured herself with a padded bra and jacket, arms up (The company actually e-mailed me twice to confirm the measurements, saying that they seemed off- But she insisted they were right). Colorsbridesmaid told me to take her to a professional for new measurements, and they would replace the dress for $30 (which included the $20 shipping). I just ordered the replacement dress today. I am not worried whatsoever. They have great communication and the dresses are beautiful. Customer service has been top notch.

One thing to mention though is that the colors online aren't true- I highly recommend ordering swatches. I went with Sea Fog, which looks really grey online but it a beautiful shade of muted purple/mauve in person. The dress 100% matched the swatch.

Fantastic company! I had to make an emergency purchase and they got it to me just in time at such a reasonable price! The quality was great, the color was perfect and only minor alterations needed to be made. This is my 2nd online review... I was so thrilled with them I took the time to tell their future customers. Their customer service was great too, had a problem ordering and they were in touch via email same day along with a followup email. Just great doing business with so much stress!

I recently purchased a dress. It arrived and was way to small. I called and left messages several times... no call back. I filled in form several times and didn't receive replies until the middle of the night. I'm so upset. I finally decided to take the $26 refund compensation and I get to keep the dress to sell or do with whatever I want. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered swatches for the colour I intend to use for bridesmaid dresses. I live in the UK so expected to wait for their arrival but they took ages and I received no notifications on estimated arrival etc.! They are also one very fine piece of material so it's impossible to see how the colour will really look under several layers (I paid $10 for the sample). Due to the poor customer service and crappy quality of the sample I definitely wont be using this company.

I ordered 4 dresses for my bridesmaids and asked them to remove built-in bra for my ladies. They gave us custom size service and did not ask me to pay extra money. Dresses have been delivered. They look very nice. Only one dress is tad big on bust. We do not know whether the girl gave right measurements or not. It does not matter anymore. Time is enough and she will have it altered. The other 3 dresses fit the girls everywhere.

Received my order yesterday, love everything!

I ordered 3 plum dresses in the same style with different sizes for my bridesmaids and 3 satin vests (one white for groom and two plum for groomsmen).

We have spent much time in getting measurements of dresses. Both checking size chart and watching YouTube video that we searched for, we still could not get the correct measurements. Finally, all the ladies had to be measured by a seamstress to ensure correct measurements. All the dresses fitted well. All the previous efforts to get measurements would turn out to be worthy.

My wife bought a bridesmaid dress and used the custom measure feature. After getting taped and sending in the measurements, the dress we got was way too small. No issue we thought, as we call the company and asked for a replacement. They wanted another 50 bucks from us (which we needed to pay as she is in the wedding) and then we never saw another dress! This is a disgusting excuse for a company, never work with them. Terrible QA, terrible lying customer service.

Tip for consumers:
It would have been helpful to understand how terrible the customer service was so that we could use a different company.

I firstly ordered 5 color swatches in lantana, silver pink, bridal rose, dusty rose and rosebloom, each $2 without shipping fee. We finally decided to choose dusty rose for the dresses. We were all glad that we got a discount of 5% and free custom measurement service. All 4 dresses arrived within 2-3 weeks and they are in the same color shade with the color swatches that we ordered before. The dresses fitted greatly, no need to do any alteration, surprised and excited!

I just have one complaint. The dresses are all wrinkled in a bag. We had to have them ironed. Hope this can be improved.

This website/ladies have been AMAZING. I of course had problems at first it is buying a dress online, but I can tell you they have the most amazing customer service there is! They handled my problems well! They walked me through providing the correct information so that my dress will come right. The dresses always came on time! But the greatest thing is their communication! They are on top of it! I'm sure they get a lot of orders, so for them to take priority on someone is just beyond amazing! I will recommend them to all my friends! Thank you everyone at Colorsbridesmaid!

I ordered 2 dresses in two different sizes which they reached out to me to ask if I'd prefer to have one custom made. I specifically asked that if I didn't like it, could I still return it for a FULL refund. They replied yes. I gave exact measurement based off the pictures they sent of how and what to measure. The dress came way too big on top. I immediately replied to our email chain to ask for a return with a refund. They replied that I would need to ship it back to CHINA and not the address it came from and that I'd have to pay the shipping back. That was going to cost me more than the dress! Nowhere in their return policy do they state this. They offered to give me $40 back and keep it which is what I chose to do. I would strongly recommend NOT purchasing anything from this company.

I ordered two dresses for my bridesmaids, and one ordered herself, different styles just the same coral color. We ordered the dresses by measurements. All my bridesmaids dresses were PERFECT. The color and material all matched and they all fitted. The customer service were excellent. They were responsive and helpful.

I bought a dress online from this location and it didn't fit. They communicated with me immediately to fix the problem and I ended up still not being able to wear the second dress because my buss line was too large for the style of dress. This company went above and beyond to ensure I was okay and you just don't see that type of customer service anymore!

We got bridesmaid dresses for my wedding. They are absolute trash! Poorly made, terrible fit, cheap fabric, sizing issues. And it took almost 2 months to get them. It was a horrible experience. I hope my girls can get their money back. I will not recommend your business

At the time that your bridesmaids placed their order, it was the time that China was suffering severe virus, which outbreaks globally now. We have supply chain in China. Many factories are not allowed to work at that period of time which finally caused the delay of delivery. We really feel very sorry about it. Fortunately now the epidemic in China is under control and the factories have run normally.

I purchased a dress. They wanted exact measurements so I sent them. The dress came back too big in the bust, tight in the arms, and way too long. They did not use my measurements. They want me to send it back to China which will cost $30 and I spent almost $20 to receive it. I had no idea it came from China. They told me that there is no U.S. address to send it to but the package it came in has a New York address on it. The email conversation with them is nothing but a run-a-round. They offered to give me $35 back to just keep it. I'm still out quite a bit and the dress does me no good. NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! You will get no where. It seems like a scam.

Update: I was specifically told that there was no office in the U.S. and that is why you wanted me to send the dress to China. Why are you now saying that there is an office in the U.S.? Also... I have NEVER heard back from you and today is 9-23-22.

Don't buy from these people and save yourself the hassle.

Beware, all dresses come from China. Not the NewYork address they offer on their website. Ordered a dress. I gave my sizes and it came in many inches to big and it drags on the ground. They insisted on taking my measurements again and having me return the dress for alterations. Time is short and we could not afford to send it back for altering. I explained this and asked for return to sender and a refund. They stopped responding. After posting my review, they responded promptly first offering a partial refund and I pay shipping to China. I asked for the address and written proof of refund or an invoice. They responded offering to send me my full refund and to keep the dress. Once I recieve a refund I will be adjusting my review again. I have definitely learned to be very careful when ordering online.

Tip for consumers:
Be cautious using this sight and read all information carefully, twice. Weak quality for the price. I was eventually offered a full refund without return. I am very grateful for this since time is short and finances tight. When I recieve my refund I will alter this review.

Shipping is not the best process. Received notification dress was delivered but it was not. They advised to file a claim with USPS which I did.

Ordered on website but dress was never delivered so can't rate product - They are easy to get ahold of via email but they believe I need to figure out what happened with me package and work with USPS. However, I ordered from them so they should be invested in this process.

I ordered my dress nearly at the last minute and I was anxious about it. Talked with their customer service staff, they told me they can rush my order but I needed to give them exact measurements to ensure good fitting. I measured according to their methods. After about one week, they informed me that my dress had been shipped out. It arrived to me timely. It fitted me perfectly and the dress was really beautiful on me. I received so many compliments! I was very glad.

Had my bridesmaids order their dresses from here. Followed their recommendation to do custom sizing for each person. They requested several measurements and then after my girls purchased, a follow up email was sent requesting MORE measurements. You would think with all of this information my friends dresses would fit, but you would be WRONG. They contacted the company and were told there was no time to have the items shipped back to them to be altered and that they would have to find someone local to alter the dresses and they would reimburse up to 40% the cost of the dress. Well, alterations cost more than the total cost of the dress, so that was not going to work. Their next offer, ship back to China for $35 shipping for them to fix (somehow there is now time to do this) and then $35 to ship it back from China. Yeah right! Their final offer, pay $50 for another dress. Now in what world would anyone pay any additional money to this company after all of this? Absolutely horrible customer service and no possible resolution for my friends who purchased these dresses. Steer clear of this "business" at all costs.

It was my first time ordering my made of honour dress from this site but the service was excellent and the dress is so beautiful I even receive my dress a month before the wedding I have to attend as a made of honour the price was so great and the dress fit perfect. I would recommend anyone to get there bridal and bridal party dress from this site any time. Great job.

I had my girls order the same dress just different colors. One dress was not at all like the other three. The color was right the cut on them was absolutely horrible, a very noticeable difference. They spent well over a hundred on their dresses and the material looks like tissue paoer. It just over all looks cheaply made. I won't recommend them to anyone Now I've got to have them spend more money to make it look presentable.

We ordered 3 dresses in total in custom sizes, 2 bridesmaid dresses and 1 flower girl dress. In the first order, we accidentally ordered 2 dresses only wanted one. We asked the customer service for help and they was efficient. They helped me canceled one and gave us refund very soon. We also made some mistakes in providing measurements. The staff was very careful and sent us images to tell us how to get accurate measurements, very helpful and and professional. Received the dresses timely and they fit. The dresses looked very beautiful.
