Coinbase leaves account in review for 3+ weeks, no chat, no updates—funds remain locked, trust erodes
On August 6,2025, I reactivated my Coinbase account within the official deadline (August 8). After reactivation, I deposited and invested a total of €350 (~$380) in several cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, MAGIC).
On August 11,2025, Coinbase suddenly closed my account without valid notice, even though it was active and funded.
As a result, I lost €350 — my funds are blocked, and the customer support only tells me to "wait" without giving any clear explanation or solution.
This is unacceptable for a company that handles people's money. I strongly advise against using Coinbase — there's no guarantee you'll get your money back, and their customer service is ineffective and unhelpful.

I experienced some issues trying to withdraw funds from my wallet, and despite multiple emails and phone calls, I wasn't getting any real help. Eventually, I was able to connect with the actual live support team on Discord where i was able to create a ticket by joining the support server here - (Zufubyeck9), and they successfully helped me resolve the problem.
If you're facing any issues, I highly recommend reaching out to them directly through that channel.
Watched my money vanish, thought it was gone for good. Josefcarter77 pieced it all back in within a couple of weeks. Quietly grateful, others might want to try.
About a year ago, I went through a very difficult and frustrating experience involving a significant transaction I made from my fintech account to my Coinbase wallet. Not long after the transfer, my Coinbase account was unexpectedly locked, and I lost all access to the funds. I immediately contacted Coinbase's customer support, asking them to reverse the transaction and send the money back to my bank account, since I could no longer access my wallet. After a lengthy exchange of emails and messages, they eventually told me that the reversal had been completed. But when I reached out to my bank, there was no trace of the money. I even obtained an official bank statement as proof and sent it to Coinbase to show that the funds had not been received. Despite presenting clear evidence, the issue remained unresolved — and my money was still missing. For months, I felt completely stuck — I had no idea how to recover my lost funds or who to trust. Then I discovered a recommendation for forensiqo. Com on an online forum where others were sharing similar experiences. Out of a mix of hope and desperation, I reached out to them. From the start, their team was professional, responsive, and thorough. They carefully reviewed my case, guided me through the process, and kept me informed every step of the way. I was genuinely impressed by their dedication. Amazingly, within just seven weeks, I received confirmation that my money had been recovered — and soon after, it reflected in my account. What felt like a hopeless situation was finally resolved, thanks to the team at Forensiqo. They not only helped me get my funds back but also restored my confidence in the possibility of financial justice. If you're facing a similar issue, I strongly recommend giving forensiqo. Com a try.
After falling victim to this online scam that cost me $31,380, I was devastated and unsure of what to do. I immediately contacted my bank and filed a report with local authorities, but unfortunately, little progress was made. At a friend's suggestion, I reached out to Alpha recovery firm. From the very beginning, their team demonstrated professionalism, clarity, and genuine concern for my case.
They carefully analyzed every detail, provided clear updates, and explained each step of their recovery process. I felt supported and informed throughout. To my relief, Alpha recovery firm succeeded in recovering the full amount within just a few days. Their skill and dedication made all the difference.
I can't recommend Alpha recovery firm highly enough for anyone facing financial fraud they truly deliver results.
Everything is extremely beneficial at first, then it becomes impossible to withdraw anything. They just want to "unlock the blockchain" with additional money, which means you have to pay full tax on the entire "profit" even if you might only need a smaller sum. It's deadlocked unless you give them the additional cash. Steer clear of scams at all costs.
WARNING! Coinbase is a SCAM, trade at your own risk. All they do is encourage people to deposit and trade but then make it impossible to withdraw. Many people have lost money on this platform, including me. I speak from personal experience. Luckily, with the help of a professional recovery agency, I recently managed to get my money back from them and I am eager to help others who have also fallen victim. If you are looking for guidance on how to recover your money from Coinbase, you can reach out to me via email (my email address is on my profile), and I'll share more details about the steps I took to recover my funds from them.
All very helpful at the start, then if you want to withdraw anything, it becomes impossible. All they want is more money to "unlock the blockchain" which requires that you pay full tax on the whole 'profit', while you may only need a smaller amount. Unless you give them the extra money, it's stalemate. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM - avoid at all costs.

If you want to pay a bunch of fees create an account on Coinbase. You pay a fee to buy, a fee to sell, and when you go to deposit your cash you pay another fee. By the time you're finished giving them the money you made you are at a loss. I have made a smidge of money and lost whole lot of money by using this company. I'm done with crypto and Coinbase.
I've noticed some changes to fees and the cost of crypto. First what they're good at: money is credited quickly, they have a earn and learn promo that allows you to try new crypto for free, and they have a decent rep. Lately though when I go to buy or sell my crypto I've noticed that the price isn't what is shown on their website. So, say I wanted to sell my crypto for $2 a share I go to sell it: the fee is $2.99 plus they only give me 1.96 per share. That means I lost. 04 cents a share. Granted you could say well the price changed while I went to sell it... okay here's the thing; they lock in the price at the time of your sale. This has happened several times so this isn't a one-off. Yesterday I pulled all of my crypto out. I think for awhile I am going to give crypto a rest.
Spoofed emails, fake dApps, and social engineering at its worst. It wrecked us. But after filing reports and connecting with on-chain investigators, we managed to trace the transactions and r3cover part of the ETH. It's not over yet, but we're finally back in control of the keys
I firmly alert against drawing in with Coinbase, as my experience proposes they work as a trick organization. Be careful about any contribution, as it might bring about monetary misfortune and negative outcomes. I've gotten my cash back and that was just way I could go about it. I found support from. (I Involved THEIR Site URL AS MY Showcase NAME AND PROFILE PICTURE ON THIS Audit INCASE YOU Want Assistance AND Believe Should Connect with THEM). Note: I did this on account of the severe arrangement here and truly I simply need to help whatever number individuals as would be prudent to get their cash back.
Coinbase's Futures Bug Is Costing Me $700+ — Support Admitted Fault and Still Left Me Hanging + now just giving me random auto responses Coinbase allowed a stop loss bug to trigger 20 points below my set SL, resulting in a trade I never intended to take — a separate long position that only filled because their platform failed. Support admitted it was a known issue, and said engineers were working on it. They even confirmed the stop should have executed at $91,700, not near $91,480 where I was dragged into a second order. That was over 5 hours ago. I've stayed up past 2 a.m. waiting for a resolution, only to be transferred between agents repeatedly. Each time, I have to re-explain everything. Now they're sending auto responses and avoiding direct accountability. No one will give me a clear timeline for when the original stop order will be processed. Meanwhile, I'm stuck in a trade that's gone $700+ against me — a trade that never should've existed. Their final message? "You may want to adjust your strategy." They take no real responsibility, offer no temporary fix or compensation, and give no way to escalate the issue. Just endless deflection and vague reassurances. Been at this for 5+ hours. Still no resolution. Still stuck in a losing position I didn't open. Coinbase admitted fault and left me hanging. If you're a trader thinking about using Coinbase for futures, know this: you are gambling with more than the markets — you're gambling with their tech and their refusal to protect your capital from their own failures.
Despite freezing my account and preventing me from making withdrawals, trēblēsltd were able to assist me in getting my investment back.
In early March, some person hacked into my Coinbase account, used it to drain my bank account, and made off with the money. I locked my account right away, but it took a couple of days for me to calm down enough to contact people about it. When I got through to a customer service agent (which, to be fair, took less than a minute) I was told that the investigation would last 2-3 days. As week later, after hearing nothing, I contacted them again. I was told it would be another week. After a week and a day, I tried once more. This time I was told that a decision had been made in my favor, and my money would be back to me in a week and a half from that online chat. Several days past that deadline, I contacted them again. I was told that the case was still being investigated, and that people would be contacting me by email. I'd been told that on all of the other calls, but this time it actually did happen. They locked my account again, so I had to unlock it again. At that point they started to say that the matter was resolved, despite my saying that it wouldn't be until I had my stolen money back as promised. I've been shifted from one department to another for over a month now. That's quite a long time for having been originally told 2-3 days. I've also been giving a shifting storyline with little to no consistency. Enough is enough. Calling this "systemic incompetence" is giving them the benefit of the doubt; the only other explanation is deliberate stonewalling.
Brian Armstong is a WEF puppet. You will own nothing and be happy. My account was hacked and I caught it fast enough that Coinbase could have stopped it but they have no way to contact the company and prevent customers from contacting them on purpose. You could get millions stolen and no law enforcement will do anything. Coinbase is a globalist communist WEF tool fraud ring. Do not use it. Do not invest in US markets either. The USA is being flushed. The 1% and congress are stealing US citizens money like no other time in history.
My Stolen funds recovery would have never be successful without your support and hard work. I feel blessed to work with such an incredible and talented person like Cyphertracer.com I knew that you could do this. Keep up your excellent work in the future. You are a perfect example of a good, dedicated person.
I deposited 600 dollars into my coinbase account on January 29th, 2025 directly from my Bank Account
The deposit was shown in my statement as "pending" - this went on for three days
3 days later, I called CS and was told that there was a system error and it would be corrected in a few days
(The next day - the 600 record was removed from my coin base statement.)
3 days later, I called CS and was told that the people was with my bank - They needed proof of Transfer - I provided it and confirmed the transfer with the Bank CS.
3 days later, I called CS and they told me that maybe there was some kind of fraud - nothing specific
3 days later, I called CS and they told me that there was no fraud and the funds would be returned to me on March 1
On March the second, CS said, that they were working on it and that I would have to wait until they sent the refund to me. They refused to provide a timeline beyond "soon" and I should watch my email for further instructions. No dead line or ability to get any additional information.
In Coinbase's defence, they do reply to calls quickly and are articulate and detailed. I want my money back.
Answer: You can get your crypto back from coinbase if you having problem accessing your account A military friend that introduced me to the dark web as my best bet at finding agencies [Kryptorecovery gmail com] whose sole purpose was to recover stolen financial assets from scammers I sought the services of Kryptorecovery PHOENIX SOULS Search on search engines like BING, DuckDuckGo, Yahoo In 48 hours I had my initial investment and generated profits all together in my wallet.
Answer: The thing is people generally only write a review if they got cheated. And thus from all the reviews (not just this site) you can tell that they screwed over a lot of people (including me). Let's say that 95% of people have a good experience with the site, what about the remaining 5%. If a company is not loyal to all its customers then that company should not exist, especially a company dealing with money. My advice is, stay away from them. Use localbitcoins to trade and bitgo to store, way better and more secure.
Answer: That's how mine take long and they scam me but with the help of assets revivelive they help me recover my money They trustworthy, contact them they will help you
Answer: It will take them forever because there are inefficient unorganized and lousy company... you are one of us who trusted this lousy company. You should tell everyone to stay away from this lousy company
