Just like the other reviewers, I purchased 2 pairs of size Small pants, but received 2 pairs of size Medium pants. They absolutely refuse to acknowledge their mistake (even after I sent them the photographic proof showing the clothing size tag they requested) and are only willing to offer me at first a 20% refund and then came back with a 30% refund and I can keep the pants. Um, no. I want the correct size pants that I paid $60 for! I'm currently disputing the charge with my credit card company.

As long as you don't expect to get things that fit and want a tedious (impossible) return policy. Then this is the company for you!

First off, due to their China supply chain it took five weeks for them to even ship the items ordered. Second, they were too tight in the upper thighs and glutes. So much so that I could not squat in them. For "tactical" pants this is comical. When I reached out to their customer service. They would not move forward without pictures of pants that don't fit. They offered me $3 refund for a $175 order. They are a joke of company. The joke will be on you of order from them!

I purchased a pair of cargo pants from them. The first pair was exactly as advertised.
I then purchased two more pairs in other colors, and they were not the same brand or model. I emailed them, they then sent me two more pairs of pants which neither fit nor were the same brand or model. Basically they sent me 4 pairs of junk that didn't fit and when I complained, they wanted me to return them for a full refund but only if I paid $20 for shipping. I pointed out that it was their issue and they never relented. Don't buy. They are scammers

Facebook should be more selective about the vendors they advertise for. This company is out of Thailand and they finally sent the ordered item a month late. It did not work, they sent another one, which also did not work and not as ordered. I've disputed it with my credit card company and they claim they offered me a refund when I send the item back. They have not offered a refund nor a return label. The cost for me to send it back would far exceed the amount I'm disputing. I wish I would have read reviews before I made this impulse purchase. I only hope others read these reviews before they think to buy from these scam artists.

I gave them 1 star because I can't do less than that. We ordered some stuff from there store and I emailed them more than 5 times and no answer. And after 12 days they told me that they shipped my order, later on I replied to their email and told them to change the size, they said we can't then I asked them to cancel my order and they refused to change the size or to return it. My first and last time I will use this store even I'm going to tell everybody I know to don't use this store

I ordered the Rip Stop Pants with matching belt. I received the belt several days late and no pants. When I contacted them they told me to send picture of defective item to be approved return. When I explained again they told me I got what I ordered. I sent them the invoice and they went back to me needing to send them pictures of defective item. I purchased through Paypal and when I explained to Paypal they contacted seller who provided tracking number for the belt I received and Paypal found in their favor. I am still arguing with Paypal.

I ordered a pair of pants 34 x 30 & they sent me 34 x 32, which is too long so they said they would send me the correct pair. The next day they said they were out of stock and they would refund $9 of the $39 I spent. I said unacceptable and they said if I mailed them back it would be at my cost. I ended up taking a $20 refund since I was getting nowhere and PayPal was no help. I have never had a vendor who was wrong and admit it not issue a refund - extremely poor service and I would recommend staying away from them.
