The request to cancel was sent immediately after the order was placed on 9-18-2015, the order was shipped 9-23-2015 after I notified you of the cancelation request due to Fraud.
What don't you understand it is illegal to purchase, resell, possess fraudulent materials.
Furthermore, why would anyone want to purchase anything from a company with zero customer service and zero cancel or return policy.
The order will be returned to sender undeliverable as you don't have my correct address, that is how and why your fraudulent company was caught in the first place. I called the legitimate company coach to update my address that is when I was told no order existed and the investigation into fraud began.
To date The following companies have been notified and have opened fraud investigations on the merchant and currency processing company: Coach, Mastercard and DHL.

No confirmation of order; no shipping tracking; no anything! They took my money on my credit card & ran! I am processing a fraud claim currently with my CC company. I purchased a tote bag from this site. I never received an email confirming my purchase and did not receive a tracking number. My account was pending a transaction for the amount of the tote and after several emails asking for a tracking number and a confirmation of my purchase, the transaction was no longer pending and the money for the tote was not taken from my account. I guess I had a better experience than others, only because no money was taken from me.

This is a total scam! Took the money and ran. You know the old saying if it looks to good to be true it is to good to be true. The site looks real they send you a confirmation# and they make it look like you can track your order but you can't. You e-mail customer service and never get a response. It is a total rip off. Chinese counterfitters getting your money from your credit card!
I ordered a purse two weeks ago and i have not even received a tracking number and it has not charged my account yet. I don't know what to do.
The website looks legit. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER but I was on-line shopping on Black Friday... who didn't have deals. I received the purses as promised, but they ARE CLEARLY FAKE PURSES. The leather is pleather, the stitching is horrible, the label on the inside had more numbers than authentic ones do. I'm trying to get a refund now... but of course that probably won't happen.
