The request to cancel was sent immediately after the order was placed on 9-18-2015, the order was shipped 9-23-2015 after I notified you of the cancelation request due to Fraud.
What don't you understand it is illegal to purchase, resell, possess fraudulent materials.
Furthermore, why would anyone want to purchase anything from a company with zero customer service and zero cancel or return policy.
The order will be returned to sender undeliverable as you don't have my correct address, that is how and why your fraudulent company was caught in the first place. I called the legitimate company coach to update my address that is when I was told no order existed and the investigation into fraud began.
To date The following companies have been notified and have opened fraud investigations on the merchant and currency processing company: Coach, Mastercard and DHL.
