I have placed 2 different orders with this online store; the first order was placed, paid for two items and received a confirmation email. A week later I received a refund and an order cancellation. No other communication before or after, just refund and order cancellation. Rude and unprofessional!
I decided to try again a week ago; and again, after payment and confirmation, one out of 2 items was just dropped from the order, a refund was issued for the item they dropped.
I will return the one item and never buy anything from them again.
That was not what I expected from COACH!

Went through and I try calling and I was on hold for 1 hour and nothing. When I check status it says still processing.
I purchased 3 items from coach outlet online. The two purses were too small when I received and I decided to return them both. I was told to ship them both back in the same box and to add a note saying both purses were purchased on the same order. I did as I was told to do. It took over 14 days to get my refund. I was only given credit for one purse. I called this morning spoke to supervisor name Brenda who informed me that it would take another 4-5 days before I could get the refund for the other purse. This is not good business... I understood that the refund process could take up to 14days [which turned into 18 days] but another 4-5 this is ridiculous and Coach need to come up with a better return process... I am not an online shopper so this only made me like shopping on line less... thank you Coach for the awful experience.
I placed 2 different orders for Christmas gifts for family. Both orders got canceled for not have any stock. Why this company can not keep track of inventory is beyond me. I will never buy from this site ever. Why they have a website is beyond me. The get a negative five (-5) stars for my review.
I bought two bags on Black Friday, which in the paying process they took my money without sending confirmation, and i thought my card has an issue, so i change the card and press the pay three times in total, which means three times money, and now, i'm not only waste three times money which i can just pay in one time, but also got zero bag, NOTHING. I'm just a student which save the money for this long, and you are using this disgusting way to deceiving my money. As a big company, i can't believe you use this way to earn, how dirty you are. Hope the people in the future see my comments can think clearly, is this place really a good place to buy.
I got the gallery tote which has a zipper on the outside and I love it! It's perfect to keep my phone on the outside available without having to unzip my bag. The bag is spacious and I can carry my laptop and a water bottle and my makeup et cetera! Great for work and every day use!
I placed an order on 11/13/20 with a customer service rep, after I received an email stating that an item that I had ordered earlier on my own was on back-order. I called and like all the other reviewers, I was on hold for about an hour. The rep was nice, but now I have no faith they knew what they were talking about. After speaking to the rep and explaining that the item that was on backorder was an intended Christmas gift, they helped me find an item that they said was in stock and that I would have before Christmas. Fast-forward to 12/10/20, my item has not shipped, I have received no updates regarding the order, no answer to emails that I sent over a week ago, and no answer when I call ( I give up after an hour). This was my first time ordering from coach online and after this experience it will be my last! I absolutely understand that issues arise, but you can't completely ignore all customer inquiries, especially across multiple platforms!
I had ordered a bag from coach outlet which apparently was backordered and my order eventually canceled. I reached out to the customer care and all they did apologize and asked me to select a new bag.
So then I chose a new bag and wanted to use the $20 reward on purchase above $150 ( if I sign up for text alerts). I tried to give them my number but they were unable to send me the promo code. And again what I got from the customer care was how they cannot help me and how sorry they were.
I feel all Coach outlet does is apologize and do nothing else for their customer. As a new customer their policy to not give a $#*! is really sad and I will look at other brands like Michael Kors or DKNY for my bags now.
I did a order. It said please verify information or payment method. I called customer services they told me they they don't charge until the order it's shipped. I didn't received any information and they charged me! When the website told me that it was incorrect. The customer service told me that they gonna give my money back in 5 days. They never send my money back. I'm still calling and they don't respond.
The only problem I have been having from coach is when they ship from a store. I have ordered 3 bags two that came from the factory arrived on time with no problem. The one that is shipping from the store is not here and I ordered that on 06/18 it is now 07/03. I'm not sure if the store is not open or what I just need answers and all I'm getting are lies
Took my money for a purse and never shipped it even though they GUARANTEED delivery by Christmas. It has been a month and I have not received an update or any communications from them. They absolutely suck.
I have ordered two handbags, a card holder, and a tote bags from Coach Outlet and all arrived wrapped, never handled by customers and in excellent condition. I have been to a Coach Outley store - great experience but this is a good option too.
Absolute worst experience no customer service whatsoever beware good chance if your order is backordered they're going to cancel it my order status had been fine then it went to backordered and then magically a week later they cancelled it so now I'm out an anniversary gift for my wife and I'm really pissed off I should have read the reviews on this site buyer beware please read these reviews and don't do business with them
This has been the absolute worse customer service experience I have ever had! Their website says they guarantee you'll receive it before Christmas if ordered before 12/11 and I placed my order on 11/30. On 12/18 I FINALLY received an email saying my order was in route, but as of today 12/23, the tracking number only shows that a label was created. There is no tracking activity and I have been on hold for over 2 hours with their customer service. I WILL NEVER order from them again.
Had a chick name Ariel hang up on me for NO reason. I also had another chick hang up on me for no reason. I call back the third time and nobody picks up and had me on hold for me get a hour. Ridiculous customer service.

Today December 4,2020 I received the Lexington Watch and I am very disappointed, the glass of the watch is scratched so I request a change and nobody in customer service department contacted me yet. The Double Billfold Wallet, I didn't received it yet and I want to know its status. I have called the customer service phone number that you provide in the order confirmation email and I have waited more than 1 hour and a half for someone to answer me and it has been unsuccessful. I expected better customer service from Coach, it's unfortunate that you don't appreciate your loyal customers.

I returned a brand new Coach purse that I received in a damaged condition. I was charged $7.00 for a damaged purse that I never would have purchased in a store. Coach should be better than that in my opinion.
Answer: I placed an order on Nov 30th. Today is Dec 18 and the order has yet to be processed but they quickly took my money.
