If you purchase from them please pay through PayPal. They will definitely keep your money if you want to return. They are based out of China. If you need to return y ou will have to pay at your own expense. Then still they will try to only reimburse you 20 - 30%. If you purchase clothes size up. Beautiful items but run small.

Site return and exchange policy contradict itself. They accept returns in 30 days but then list all of the reasons why they wouldn't return items which would be all of the reason you would want to return items. They asked me to send pictures of items that were too big. They provided a China address for returns but told me that they may not receive the package due to customs. Then wanted to hold me accountable for the additional taxes and fees that their country requires them to pay. The clothes and shoes are very cheaply made and look cheap. This company sales under several different sites and names clocolors, skool spool, xinqqiaochen. Total fraud! PayPal should do better when it comes to verifying companies.

SCAM ALERT! This company is based in China. Not even n business a full year. It was another company that changed its name. They target full-figured blacks because they know that they will not follow up with agencies with complaints. You CANNOT RETURN any items, especially since you have to return items AT YOUR OWN COST back to CHINA! Items ARE NOT AS ADVERTISED. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY-- You have been warned!

I order three sets from back in august of 2021, still have not recived it i ask them for my money back they told me i had to pay for freight. Freight is for heavy items like stoves or tv not no clothing so this company is know good at all do not order anything from them

I ordered four outfits from this place the outfits were not size right it's supposed to be for plus size women.
Then when I tried to return them they shipped to me from California, but wants you to pay to ship to China or lose you return money's and can't wear the clothes!

I am a special education teacher and came across their ad on fb and decided to purchase a few items as they looked comfortable based on the photos and descriptions and the return policy seem simple enough. Well, the clothing was a huge disappointment (poor material & sizing) and when I reached out to the company for a refund they asked me to send photos and labels of the clothing. I ordered size L which fit like a Sm. After providing them with photos I got a lot of excuses and they finally said I ordered the size per their sizing guide and they refused to return my money and recommend I give it to a friend. Beware, be very aware. See attached photos of their clothing with their response to me.

Extremely poor quality products, not true to size & merchant does not refund or exchange. Horrible customer service. Be warned. Merchant is a scammer & refused to refund my money. I had to trash merchandise. Lost $95.00.

Do not waste your money, this site is another fraudulent site from China. Here to scam us of our money!

I ordered 2 clothing items from Clocolors website for my son's wedding that was 3 months out, after not receiving anything within 6 weeks I sent an email. I waited 5 days for a reply back and nothing. So I reached out to my credit card company for an investigation and a refund. All of a sudden. I received and email 3 days later stating the items were out of stock. I replied that I no longer wanted any if the items ordered as I had to go purchase elsewhere, got alot of redderic from them constantly asking if I still wanted the items. Needless to say I was out of $169.00 from a cover up named company in China. Do not buy from them nor their other cover name TBD dress.
