I ordered a bottle of vitamins for $29.95 and within 3 minutes of purchasing them they hit my credit card for over $200 for what I have no clue. Will be spending the next few hours trying to get my money back.

Referred to this company by a TikTok creator- should have known better. The web browser is unsecured. And I felt as though they were just feeding off my algorithms I saw that they immediately were going to ask for money. So I have no proof of purchase. They are not getting any of my info. Or money.

Unexpected Withdrawal

Thiss bank took money without even receiving anything. I paid for one month now taking more money in my account.
Vitamin is only $29 with shipping end up paying over $75 now they are taking more money. What a joke! This is a scam!

I attempted to purchase this item as it sounded perfect. The price for one bottle varied from the price they had guaranteed as I was attempting to purchase. My bank /credit card company flagged the purchase
And directed me to call them. This appears to be a scam.

Fast friendly service very understanding

A few minutes ago I spoke I messaged customer support. Not sure if they have automated names or not. I messaged with Rene. They were very pleasant and understanding. I made a purchase for a subscription of biorhythm.com. Which I highly recommend! It is amazing. I think everyone should look into it. Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with covid 12 days ago. I am very ill. Some financial issues have occurred due to being sick. Rene was super understanding and accommodating. Within a few mins I had spoke with her, she had canceled my subscription, and sent out my confirmation of cancellation. Thank you Rene and all at clkbank.com. Please stay safe. Covid is nothing to joke with. I've been bed bound for 12 days and before being sick I was a completely healthy 30 yr old woman with no underlying conditions. I can only imagine how hard it would be for someone with underlying conditions. Stay safe. Thank you once again. Much to all. Thank you again.

I ordered 1 thing; then without telling me they added a monthly subscription for over $50/month. Luckily I saw it in the fine print of the emailed receipt, and called to cancel the order. Hopefully that will be the last I hear from them...

I have had charges taken from my account for something I have no freaking clue of what it is for. All on the same day. One for 9.95,39.90 and 19.95 and it was on Sunday. I just opened this new account because I had the same thing happening and I disposed of my debit card now they have my credit card number. How do I get this stopped and/or who do I contact, Any help will be greatly appreciated. I have not bought anything digital either. HELP! Overdraft charges are killing me

This site is a total rip off. I had a 1 day old computer and paid to have them put in 2 files that I was missing. Needless to say they ruined my Computer and had to take it and have Windows 10 re installed. Not sure why a company like this is allowed to do business...

This is the worst company with the worst customer service I have ever experienced I ordered a product from the description that they gave after check out the product was not as such I immediately cancelled the order I called their customer service they said since the order had just been imported we will refund your money and cancel the order 3 days later they recharge my card again I called them again the customer service lady that I got after an hour waiting through a hundred customer service calls hangs up on me then I called back to no avail to get anyone else a day later they recharge my card again this is the worst company ever to do business with so they're not use this company ever

I have a charge from them on my cc and when I went on there website they have an online chat feature I used. After answering all the questions I could they just disconnected me. I personally think is an automated service not a real person on the other end. I will be disputing the charge.

This is my third entry on teh same site above. It is has been 10 day since cLK bank took $19.95 and even though they did write an email about 8 days ago saying they would return the money to my credit card, they have not yet done that. I have contacted my credit card company 2 times now and tehy say it may take a few weeks to get it back depending on the bank clkbank uses. So be very careful. Do not fall for this site.

I purchased an online book and video and the vender used clkbank to bill me. The process was extremely confusing, there were multiple multiple other offers I had to decline before finalizing my order. Once I declined the last order it didn't bring me to any confirmation finalizing order" screen, it just had some generic window that said your "order has been purchased OR cancelled" What?! Two days later my credit card has fraudulent activity on it. Now I know that this doesn't prove that clkbank provided my credit card information to someone it shouldn't but it doesn't look good either.
