Cliphair

Avoid at all costs.
I am a qualified hair professional, I have used cliphair now for a few years, never really had a problem with them until recently. I applied 26 inch tapes to a client and within 2 weeks the hair started matting, she waited until 5 weeks to tell me this as she couldn't cope anymore. The hair was matted around her natural hair and had started snagging causing bold patches. Cliphair have now said there tape extensions only last 4-6 weeks before the hair needs replacing! £240 for hair that lasts 4 weeks, Very expensive for synthetic hair if you ask me! They have offered me 20% off my next order but can't guarantee they will last longer than 4 weeks at a time. Ive spent alot of money with this company and i can assure you i will be spending no more. I used Zen luxury extensions previous to trying these and never had a problem with a trim and proper maintenance they lasted 9 months max, I decided to give cliphair a go because they were a bit more affordable for my clients. Won't be making that mistake again! I am now in the process of seeking legal advise as the more reviews I am seeing about Cliphair the more I am realising I'm not the only one this has happened too.
I've attached some pictures, these were taken care of extremely well. Professional products and an extension brush were used as I supplied them all to her. As you can see in the picture there is only 137g of hair left from 200g.
They have now taken off the website that they last 6 months as apparently this is wrong and it should have only said that for Remy Royal even though it says ALL hair.
I'm absolutely disgusted with how this company have dealt with my complaint.
Please save you're money and research a company that sells higher quality hair.

Thinking I seen some good reviews I ordered double wefted Brown extensions. I was very eager to get my extensions in the mail so I got expidited shipping. Which bumped my order to 150 not including the extra 25 I had to pay at Fed ex. Regardless, when I got them they were very soft and silky and very thick I was quite impressed. They had gotten a bit damp from rain that night because I wore them out, didn't restraighten them or anything. I noticed the ends got really frizzy and dry. Keep in mind they were hardly even damp. I was pretty surprised so I put some oil and straightend the hair on a very low heat and they started getting very rough and dry. I started questioning whether they were a synthetic blend. So I took them to a professional extensionist and she confirmed they are. So I got to wear them for literally a few hours. 150 dollars spent to wear hair for a few hours. I am so mad right now. I emailed the company and I excpect a full refund.

DO NOT BUY THESE EXTENTIONS IF YOU WANT TO DYE THEM. I got some dark blonde extentions to dye my hair colour, on the description it clearly says they can be dyed and on the FAQ it states that they are easier to dye dark which i did, however my extentions now look like a dark brown/grey mess! Complete waste of time and money and only when i emailed 3 times i finally got an answer saying they do not reccomend dying them because they are chemically treated! WHY say they can be dyed on the description then? Never again! Also the hair has little strads of cotton or some sort of material definately not human hair running through it which looks like the hair is cheap and fake.
