okay, first off it did convert a video to mp3 for me...but beware! as soon as I clicked the download button, a popup window came up and said "please contact Microsoft Technicians to debug your computer. PLEASE DO NOT SHUT DOWN OR RESTART YOUR COMPUTER. DOING THAT MAY LEAD TO DATA LOSS AND FAILURE OF OPERATING SYSTEM. CONTACT MICROSOFT TECHNICIANS TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE AT *******188." do not, I repeat do NOT call this number if it shows up. It is a scam. I almost called it, but researched it on my phone first and found out that when you call the number, they pose as technicians and ask for your permission to go into your computer from theirs. This allows them to all your information. Every website you logged into, every password and accounts. Your online banking information. EVERYTHING. shame on clip converter
A total scam. Instead of giving me the video I requested, they gave me an installer for PriceChop, essentially malware. I didn't get the video I had waited half an hour to download, and had to uninstall PriceChop, as well as 2 other malware programs it also installed. Stay very far away from this website.
Tip for consumers: Malware, do not use.
