It is a scam. I almost called it, but researched it on my phone first and found out that when you call the number, they pose as technicians and ask for your permission to go into your computer from theirs. This allows them to all your information. Every website you logged into, every password and accounts. Your online banking information. EVERYTHING. Shame on clip converter
