Clera Windows + Doors

This is the third time I have bought windows from clera, I bought the first windows for my home on the lake, then, a few years later replaced many more of the lakefront home windows. I now have a new home and the first place I called was clear windows to replace some of the windows in this new house. The sales rep Gary G. Was honest, he looked at all the windows and informed me of the ones that needed to be replaced. He had chosen the same windows I would have replaced, he then assisted me in choosing which type of window would be the best. He was so very helpful. When I had questions after I ordered Gary G. Was available to hel me. The windows are beautiful, the men that did the installation were very professional. I will call clear windows when I never eed to replace the other windows and Install a new window where I wish to have one. Connie T.

Our main door was promised to be done in 4 to 6 weeks. I called after the 8h week. The guy replacing the sales rep said it is finish and the installer will call me for the installation. No one called me back. I called Alex the installer and he said he does not know anything about it. He said he will check the factory he never called me back. I called customer service 3 times, on one called me back. The sales rep came back from vacation and told me he will check the factory and will call me back. He never did. Until It was already the 15th week and I am already beside myself. Finally installed after 16 weeks and after tons of phone calls and aggravations. Paying $5200 for a door was not worth it.

I like the variety Clera has to offer. I visited a few different companies to see which one fit me best. Im not the run of the mill customer, I know what Im looking for and Im not afraid to ask for it. I was especially impressed with Clera because they were willing to make adjustments to almost everything that I asked for and I never got the impression that they were annoyed or irritated, which is how I feel with most other companies. In the end I chose them for my beautiful new windows and I COULDNT BE HAPPIER. The light has make a big difference in my moods, thank you very much.

Consulation re new door was quick and well done with excellent results. Took 5 months to get the door but I did realize there was a ongoing pandemic and winter. Insulation was very well done by young men well versed in their profession. The insulters where very congenial very respective of our home and willing to answer any questions we had in a repective manner. I would recomend this team of clera windows to friends and family. I love our new door.

We were very satisfied the way André worked. He was clean and efficient. He knew what he was doing and what was needed. The price and quality of the windows is 2nd to none. We had freezing temperatures and we couldn't feel the cold at the windows. Keep up the good work. R. B.

I needed a replacement crank for my four year old window. When I called the company they said they could send out a replacement part for free. I agreed and thought that was great. The next email I got from them asked that I go to Home Stars and give a review. Since this seemed to go well I gave a positive review. Boy was that a mistake. I first contacted them on June 3rd - now, over a month ago.
When the piece didn't arrive after two weeks I emailed to follow up and was told they would be shipping the piece the following week, they said it was shipped June 26th by Canada Post. On July 7th I emailed again to follow up becz at the point it was six days since they said it was shipped. A few more back and forth emails to see if I received the piece - the answer was always no.
I see the others reviews from unsatisfied customers, and figure they give you the run around and and hope that you will just give up and go away.

Damages INSIDE the two panes of several windows, improperly installed bathroom window, no consultation with us beforehand about problem with install, damages in the house itself, promises broken, denial about what was said and promised, the two largest windows iimproperly finished, installation took more than twelve weeks after being told 6-8 weeks, draft from living room windows, this company takes your money and runs, no accountability whatsoever, take your business ANYWHERE but here!
