My experience with the sales rep. And installation team was professional. The weather did delay the installation but once the team started they did a great job.
I used this company before, and once again I was very impressed. The quote was great, the installation was great and the service team was great. I would certainly have them back.
Windows were delayed even though being expensive. Installation was messy and now I'm having warranty issues. Wish I had better things to say but big frustrations
We had two side windows and two sets of sliding patio doors installed. All work was professionally done in a timely manner. Very pleased.
Lots of problems all the way through the process, cant recommend to friends or family, that's for sure. Expensive. Wish I did more homework.

I had 4 basement windows replaced
The installers were quick and did an excellent clean finished looking job including the window trims
No one returns me calls. How can I fix my door and window If I can't the help I need. Your follow up leaves a lot to be desired.
Had a window installed a few years ago and had started leaking, also locking mechanism had broke. Couldn't find my warranty paperwork so I called Clera to see if there was anything that could be done. 3 weeks of calls and messages with no reply's. They only called after they received my poor review on the BBB website, promised to make everything good as long as I removed or changed my review. I agreed I would after they had taken care the issues with the window, Fernando assured me a installer would contact me and make arrangements to come out and fix the window, when the installer called he advised he was told to come out and caulk the window, where I advised him that the problem is not caulking that they had to remove the fascia and have a look inside which Fernando had agreed to do. The installer said he would have to talk to customer service and would be in touch. Well we have not heard back and we have no idea what is going on, I have left messages and still nothing. Absolutely terrible service, will never use them again and will definitely tell anyone looking for windows or doors to stay away from these guys.
Arrived exactly at time scheduled. Completed the install in less time then quoted. Cleaned all areas. Great job!
The team took the extra safety precaution, installed window, sealed around unit, removed debris. They were very efficient.
