I love this site! My one-stop shop in the pandemic.
They would not cancel an order minutes after it was placed. To add an item to the order was not allowed without additional shipping costs. The customer service rep was not helpful and showed no willingness to help. That's after listening to a Journey song from the 1980's on a loop while on hold. The prices don't make up for the lack of service and irritating experience.
