I emailed customer service on 5/7/2024 about adding tax exempt to my account. I called 5/10/2024 regarding the status and was told it takes 3 days. Called again 5/15/2024 and was told "I'm going to send it directly to the person who handles that, you should recieve an email by the end of the day" My issue wasn't resolved until I did the live chat today
