I put in my order online the Tuesday before Thanskgiving, trusting that at least some of the items would ship out on some time all day Wednesday. Nothing. Nor on Friday after Thanksgiving. So, my trust was that it would at last happen on the Monday following. No. I e-mailed, called, left messages since no human being ever picked up. I waited, called back again, and now the automated message was, "We're training new staff members right now." Fine, but the same thing happened months ago on another unusually late delivery ( not due to any possible holiday delays), i.e. No human being ever answered at Customer Service on the phone. This time? It was worse! NO ONE ever returned any of my e-mails, no one called me back at least to give me a simple update as to the status of my order/delivery. Of all the sites I've dealt with, I could at the bare minimum receive a call or e-mail within 48 hours to assist with questions regarding delivery delays. Conclusion: My order placed on November 26th finally arrived, not during the week when I needed them, but on Saturday, December 7th + No Communication-Replies at all to my multiple voice mail messages and e-mails by any Customer Service Representative. Please do better. I want to trust you more, but if this is how I'm going to be treated regarding simple requests, then I'm persuaded to spend my money elsewhere. ( FTR: I didn't submit a negative review months ago under similar circumstances, but this appears to be a troubling theme. Holidays or not. To be fair, my overall experience with CleanIt has been generally good with Customer Service, although, again, the recent unavailability of human beings to pick up on calls is a solid weakness.)

The cases of singlefold towels, half of them were slightly damaged ( cuts in the sides of the box / crunched on corners) which displays somewhere along the storage or transfer of the items they weren't handled well. Possibly forklift damage, falling off pallets, etc. Which translates to the customer receiving damaged items, i.e. Not properly Brand New. ( Fortunately, the towels weren't visibly torn. Well, not enough to call CleanIt about.) Not the first time this has happened. If warehouseing and/or delivery persons are responsible, then please instruct them to improve their handling of your products. Customers like myself will be increasingly dissatisfied if damaged products are viewed as something to just accept. Very slight damage? OK. Cuts/tears/crunched boxes? No.
The cup boxes get beat up pretty bad by the time I get them. I'm willing to order larger quantities if they have the ability to be shipped out by motor freight on a pallet.
