There is always a free shipping code on webpage banner, I receive emails saying that because of purchases our company qualifies for automatic free shipping, but there are too many exclusions and I end up paying shipping anyway.

My last order was damaged, of the 5 cartons of paper towels I ordered only 4 arrived intact. The next day I received a FedEx box containing only 5 of the 16 packages from the last carton. I called your customer service and never received a response. I believe that I should get some credit on my order or the 9 remaining packages of Cascade single fold paper towels sent to me.
