Classic Firearms

I accidentally or the system accidently submitted the same order twice. I notifed them a day after I saw the problem and they said sorry, too late. I then called my FFL and asked them to hold one for me, I am out of state until Nov. And they said they cannot hold onto merchandise that long so he refused delivery. Classic charged me just shy of $150 for restocking and shipping. They even charged me a restocking fee on the taxes I paid. I said if you can credit me I'll purchase the item when I get into Fl. They said "sorry, we can't do that" Good bye Classic Firearms.

I ordered a firearm on 12/28, and on 1/6 received a cancellation and credit due to an "inventory discrepancy". Disappointed to put it mildly. CF needs a better inventory control system (apparently). An "inventory discrepancy" should never be a reason to take funds, commit to a delivery, have the customer work with his FFL, have delays in responding and getting it shipped, force the customer to call and confirm status, have his FFL call and confirm receipt of FFL, THEN SUDDENLY cancel an order due to a discrepancy in inventory. This has cost me twice the value of the firearm in time and energy to work with my local FFL and CF. I would expect any respectable company to email me with reasons for a delay, then work to secure the firearm at a later date while honoring the sales price even if it comes at a loss to CF. I can understand supply chain issues (even though I would expect CF to only sell items they have in inventory). So...at this point their company initials seem appropriate.

I work with businesses constantly in the firearms industry. Most of them barely answer their phone, yet alone emails. They are generally slow, unenthusiastic and honestly not very helpful! This is NOT the case with this company at all. I've had several experiences with them and they are always fantastic. Their post order emails keep you informed as to where your order is and get this, they FOLLOW up with you via email. Forget that they have the best prices on the planet on almost all of their products, forget that they have a great selection and many repeat customers like myself. Personally, I like doing business with a company that values my order, big or small and who doesn't have a problem showing that they're Christians and have a sense of humor too. Fantastic Company, great product selection, great prices, great customer service. Why would you buy from anywhere else?

Bought two sks after seeing dozens of pictures of
Really great looking... flawless sks, all rated EXCELLENT, to Very Good. Their stock must be getting low, cause thats NOT what I got.
I got two good condition sks, heavy carbon, some rust, broken sight post, and BOTH stocks had deep
Scratches and dents, how about 15 to 20 PER SIDE. Too deep to take out. But I paid the same amount as the perfect ones and they actually kept my extra cash for cosmetic pick of the litter!

- I have no excuse... I used to get my reloading supplies in town at Outdoor Warehouse for many years. Well, they had a wide choice of weaponry too. If I needed something off the beaten path, they would "hook me up". Then, to my horror, they closed up shop!
I now get most of my reloading stuff online (diamond K brass), or when The Wolf's Den is in town (gun shows). Otherwise it's unimpressive Gander Mountain or overpriced Scheel's, and it is all mainstream "normal" stuff.
Then, when I was looking for steel 30 round mags for my AK instead of tackle boxes, I was striking out hard. Buddy of mine clued me in to Classic Firearms. OH MY WORD! Instant everything - right to my home screen! You have been put on my favorites toolbar, and now my first call! I can't even believe it... speechless.

While searching for my first AR15, I came upon this great site. Very easy to navigate. WhIle comparing prices on various rifles and products, I took notice of the low prices. I found the best price on an Eagle Arms M15 by a division of Armalite. I ordered, instantly received tracking # by email. Communication was set up very well with myself and my dealer. It was delivered exactly when estimated. It Was packaged very well too. Fit and finish was excellent. I'll admit, I've ordered from their competitors before, but never again. Communication with other companies have left me wanting more and dissatisfied. The whole experience was awesome and I will buy again. Buy from Classic and you won't regret it!

I can't say enough about Classic Firearms! Every order I have made with them only makes me want to purchase more! From their excellent website with a superb user interface, to the rock bottom pricing, and nothing less than perfection in their customer service!

The shipping is so fast you will swear it's not humanly possible, but they will go to great lengths to take care of their customers!

Classic Firearms, Wow, I wish more companies would choose to run there business the way Classic Firearms do. I couldn't be happier with my first purchase from Classic Firearms. It was a well designed website, easy to navigate, and the videos provided for the products showed exactly what you were about to purchase, nice touch. Product was shipped on time and tracking provided, even as a large winter storm hit the east coast. Product arrival, better than expected, then they wanted to know how they did. Not many companies we deal with these days give a ****, but I must say Classic Firearms has been a great company to do business with. Thanks so much for the opportunity to comment on your company. I have to say that I am extremely happy with the experience and mainly the rifle I ordered. I ordered the M39 Finish Mosin Nagant with the hang tag and when I went to pick it up at my local FFL, well everyone was wanting it. The rifle had a couple of small dings on the bottom of the forearm but they look like they were from shipment into the U.S. and I was expecting this. I was expecting to see some small surface rust but I have found not a bit and the rifle appears to have never been fired. I racked the bolt while at the FFL and it was extremely stiff and tight. I feel that this rifle might have never been issued with the condition it is in. I plan on doing a complete cleaning in a day or two and check the head space and then off to the range to spend some time with this lovely M39.
