Botach Tactical

Ordered a suppressor. Paid, had my FFL send info that Botach requested. Botach said allow 30 days to ship. Charges pended for two weeks then they cancelled my order. Wont answer phone calls or reply to emails. Look at the horrible reviews from others. Dont' waste your time or money. Botach is the worst company to deal with ever!

I ordered 2 items on Aug. 4 (order #*******), item did not arrived so I emailed them since there is nobody to call. Twice I was told to wait few more days. My 3rd email was Aug. 24 asking for refund for item I have not received, that was not answered. I have to call my credit card to dispute charge. Last time I'm buying from them. This company can not be trusted.

Never again will i deal with these people. They pulled a classic bait & switch and when i called them on it they refused to pay for the return shipping of the counterfeit item that they had sent me.
I had been a previous customer and had spent several thousand dollars with them, which they had record of but did not care about. They sent me a made in china knock off when i ordered a Fab defense stock and grip. As we all know those are stamped "Fab Defense" or "Fab Ltd" and also " Made in Israel" but the one they sent me was stamped "Tac" and had non anodized pins in it. Fab uses black anodized pins. Never again will i buy from these crooks.

Staff ignore your messages and do not give crap about you and what you need and your questions just your money and sent goods to you and then you get it wrong and then if you want refund shipping to us and you need pay shipping costs for return plus shipping costs with your order bottom line ignourite employers and cheaters. Do not trust them and important do not deal with them at all.

I'm not really sure how to rate this site. I've placed at least 30 orders with them over the years and the results are either really good or really bad. No middle of the road here. Either the item is in stock and arrives extremely fast (2-3 days, and shipping is free) or it's out of stock and you aren't notified of this until a week or so after you place your order. The prices are unbeatable, but to say that the customer service is horrible would be paying them a compliment. Expect either no one to respond at all, or a response in English that is so poor you can't understand anything they say. The customer service emails read as if they were written by a mentally challenged five year old. But as long as you don't need to talk to anyone, things are great. Good products, excellent prices, fast free shipping, but the worst customer service imaginable. I usually get the things I order, so I guess I'm happy.
