Classic Firearms

I love your guns I have bought many from you guys and everything is absolutely wonderful but you should give some kind of rewards or send out tshirts hats to promote your company I mean I would appreciate it I've spent lots of money on your website. Just thought I would put that out there. Will still be a continuing costumer.

I accidentally or the system accidently submitted the same order twice. I notifed them a day after I saw the problem and they said sorry, too late. I then called my FFL and asked them to hold one for me, I am out of state until Nov. And they said they cannot hold onto merchandise that long so he refused delivery. Classic charged me just shy of $150 for restocking and shipping. They even charged me a restocking fee on the taxes I paid. I said if you can credit me I'll purchase the item when I get into Fl. They said "sorry, we can't do that" Good bye Classic Firearms.

I ordered a firearm on 12/28, and on 1/6 received a cancellation and credit due to an "inventory discrepancy". Disappointed to put it mildly. CF needs a better inventory control system (apparently). An "inventory discrepancy" should never be a reason to take funds, commit to a delivery, have the customer work with his FFL, have delays in responding and getting it shipped, force the customer to call and confirm status, have his FFL call and confirm receipt of FFL, THEN SUDDENLY cancel an order due to a discrepancy in inventory. This has cost me twice the value of the firearm in time and energy to work with my local FFL and CF. I would expect any respectable company to email me with reasons for a delay, then work to secure the firearm at a later date while honoring the sales price even if it comes at a loss to CF. I can understand supply chain issues (even though I would expect CF to only sell items they have in inventory). So...at this point their company initials seem appropriate.

I received my Yugo SKS the other day and was delighted with its condition! Cleaning the cosmoline was no big deal. The stock had a few minor dings, but what can you expect from a 30 year old surplus rifle. The bluing was all but flawless and the bore was in great shape.
So, my SKS was everything Classic Firearms shows on the website.

This is the first time I've done business with Classic Firearms.

I was immediately struck with how different their company was from the average firearms company. They started solving a problem I had with my purchase even before I could call them and tell them about it. If I recall correctly, this was all done over the weekend... when you would assume the business was closed.

Some companies simply try harder.

If you visit their site, you'll see that they support their customers. This support manifests in several ways. Two of those ways are seen in their instructional videos and in their "post pictures of your new purchases" photo gallery.

People can buy their firearms and shooting supplies from many places. I will continue to be a Classic Firearms customer because I respect and appreciate their focus on me, the customer.

It's just good business.

I have been very impressed with the quality products available from Classic Firearms - and at such great prices! Customer service has always been great, especially how quickly they get my purchase to me. I am definitely a long term customer!

All of my dealing with this company has been a great experience. In pursuit of my hobby I've had the opportunity to communicate and deal with a large number of suppliers across the country and this organization ranks right up there at the top for me. My order was handled and shipped expeditiously. They also took the time to communicate the order status instead of making me sit around and wonder like other companies have done. And they also reached out after the sale to ensure that I was satisfied not only with the product but with their service. This is definitely a supplier that I will find every opportunity do purchase from and I would recommend them to anyone else. Great job.

Very good prices. Quick shipping. Bought my first weapon the other day. It has already shipped. Talk to my ffl dealer yesterday to let them know my weapon was coming and the dealer asked me were it was coming from and I told him classic firearms.He said that was great! There paperwork is always in order. I guess by that statement he has had problems with that in the past. Anyway just bought another pistol yesterday as well. I just have nothing but good to say. On line, it is very hard to beat Classic Firearms for selection, service, and great prices. These very nice folks stand behind everything they offer and all you have to do is call or email them. It gets no better! When you buy a "classic " firearm this is the place to go! Tremendous product and even the BEST support staff. Products I've bought there have better than best! They let you and your FFL know every step of the way during the purchase to the arrival process-makes you feel "special"! This is the first time I have ordered through Classic Firearms. You never know what type of service you are about to experience and to be quite honest, I always prepare for the worst with my first order.
Dealing with Classic Firearms was a breath of fresh air in my ordering experiences! Virtually no "lag time" on my ordering and making sure all the paperwork and checks were done. A faster than anticipated shipment process just put the icing on the cake! Oh, did I mention the firearm was perfect as described? Well, it was. After just starting being one of Classic Firearm's customer, I made an order that I realized was a mistake (due to the fact that I didn't properly research the product I ordered and, as a result, they turned out to not be what I really needed). After calling back the customer service department, I had a chance to talk with 3 young ladies, Janet, Amanda and Rebecca, who worked in the customer service department. I explained what my situation was and without hesitation they jumped on helping me to get the items properly returned to them and within 2 days I had my refund. Especially being a new customer, I was extremely surprised and pleased with how I was treated. A job VERY WELL DONE Classic Firearms. Incidentally, I am also extremely pleased with the other purchases I made from Classic Firearms including 2 SKS Yugo rifles with 5 cases of ammunition for my son and I.
