Bought a pair of shoes for our son for Christmas. He loved the style, but they were one size too large. Went online and got an immediate Return Authorization, which included a prepaid UPS return label, and was able to order the correct size.
My rate is 1 star for quality and for customer service. I bought Leisa Daisy Woman Sandals, and wore it less 2 months. The sole cracked inside. The customer service refused to exchange the defective sandals, just give 50% discount for new purchase. Never buy in a future.
I've had one pair of Clarks shoes for at least four years and found them comfortable and durable. However, I recently purchased another pair in a sale for £33 and when I wore them in the rain for the first time (3 months after purchase) it left a watermark around the toe areas. Store manager refused to take them back, arguing that the shoes should have been treated with an aerosol sealant solution before being worn. I wasn't advised of that and pointed out that they should have been treated prior to sale.
