After spending 40 min. On the phone with Microsoft and getting disconnected once, then spending almost an hour on the phone with Comcast, also getting disconnected once, it occurred to me that maybe I need a better opinion. I called City Technology Group, but was on my way to work on a Friday night, so I couldn't take the time to figure out the problem that moment, and I was definitely more than frustrated.
