After spending 40 min. On the phone with Microsoft and getting disconnected once, then spending almost an hour on the phone with Comcast, also getting disconnected once, it occurred to me that maybe I need a better opinion. I called City Technology Group, but was on my way to work on a Friday night, so I couldn't take the time to figure out the problem that moment, and I was definitely more than frustrated. Not only was I able to speak to a real person, I was assured that I would be helped. At 8:00 AM on a Saturday morning, I received a phone call, and within 15 min. My problem was solved. As the owner of a mobile art business where we keep crazy crazy hours, my time is EXTREMELY valuable. Not only did CTG take care of my problem, but they were kind, courteous, efficient, and more than willing to accommodate my insane schedule. I cannot thank you enough for all of your help!
