My car buying experience with Shelby Newt was exceptional! She was very responsive to my needs and answered all my questions in a timely manner! Lee Johnson and Brandon Loftin were fantastic in connecting me with a great sales agent! Dusty Angland is already taken care of getting my scheduled maintenance scheduled as well. Thristian Swallows in financing was able to get my numbers down to what I was more comfortable with! The whole team did fantastic!
This site will do anything for some traffic. I did contact them regarding a false review about my business and didn't get any results. 100"s of costumers that we work with every year are shocked when we show them the review and they scratch this citysearch of there list for good. Anyone can go there and type anything they like without getting checked from citysearch. A complete disaster looks like this site was invented only to attract people by lying about them.

This site lets idiots get on here and rant and spew out lies that ruin others reputation and lives! There are always going to be lazy uneducated people that lie about their skills and then do a $#*!ty job and get mad when you refuse to pay them.Or someone that is a thief like Alan Styers out of snowmass, CO Eagle county that decides to stop paying you as a contracted sub on his jobsite so you can't pay your employees and then proposes to them to keep working only for him and he gets mad when you retaliate and put a lien on the job to get at least a little bit compensated for all the monies owed to you. It's called breach of contract $#*!! Karma is a real thing! Would be cool to witness some being served to those with lying tongues on me and mine.
Completely (and needlessly) financially decimated by Sonabank. We have been told that their loans are overcollateralized, not in compliance with state and federal guidelines or SBA SOPs. We have proof of fraud from one of the loan officers - trying to get criminal charges. Open and active loan - no one from bank will communicate. We question how many businesses they close, grab primary residences and run. www.sonabankfraudvictims.org *******@stopsonabank on twitter.
Last week my A/C went out during a very hot few days and I called Bryan at Craig's Appliance. He came out and determined that I needed a new A/C and furnace. His bids went from 8K to 20K. The higher amount seemed extremely high, so I settled for the $8000 bid, which would get me a bottom of the line, 80% efficiency furnace and A/C compressor and signed the agreement. The next day, we had a major medical emergency come up and I decided to postpone everything. Bryan then pointed out that if I didn't move forward with the agreement I had signed, it included in the fine print a 25% restocking fee that they would charge me! $2000 in their pocket for doing absolutely nothing! Keep in mind that this was one day after the initial contact and bid. I was mad enough to get two bids from other companies and found that they both would get me the same bottom end units for $5100, if I wanted them. That is 37% less! Well, Craig's ended up gouging me for $1200 for their "Restocking Fee". Big hearts.
TO RECAP: 1)They charge you around $100 for any kind of service call. 2) They scam you on a 20-25% "restocking fee" that they don't bother to tell you about in the fine print (yes, stupid me for not reading all of the legalize garbage). 3) They charge almost 37% HIGHER rates than their competitors. Don't get screwed by these guys. Get three bids, read the fine print and stay away from Craig's Appliance!
This company like Yelp, tries to make you feel that not advertising with them will cost your business loss revenue. They require you to sign a six month commitment. You are committed, but they are not require to perform for their part of the contract. The reps are not honest and will tell you what they feel you want to hear. Six months at 300 a month is not a little bit of money, and not getting any results is an even harder pill to swallow. Buyer Beware!
Citysearch persists in providing a wrong address for my business, despite repeated emails to correct their database. Do not trust any information they provide about any business.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use Citysearch
Stacey Valnes has taken advantage of me and my mother when he suggested that we list our house at the price that he came up with by looking at the sales Comparables in our area.We believed him!
So, we listed our home with him, and he later talked us into accepting an offer on it. We felt a bit rushed and wanted to wait, but Stacey assured us that we would never get more than what we were being offered. I later found out that similar houses on our street have been selling for $100,000 more than what Stacey Valnes has told us was a fair selling price of our home. I believe, Stacey has made a deal on us and convinced us that our house was only worth what he said it was worth.
It is too late to do anything about it now because the sale has gone through and the title has transferred, but I wouldn't use Valnes Bell Realtors again, nor advise them to anyone else to seek out their advise. I just know, Stacey must have gotten some monetary incentive from the buyer that he seemed to know quite well, besides his commission that he negotiated with me. Stacey represented both sides in this transaction and I feel that he defrauded me and my mother and made a *** of a profit for himself. I know, it sounds absurd, but neither I nor my wife really know anything about how real estate works, and we believe, Stacey saw that and went for the kill.
He saw the opportunity and he took advantage of our vulnerability. Too bad there are people like that in this world.
I am really quite upset about it, and my mother just stopped trusting people after what Stacey Valnes has done to us! I would advise anyone to research these sales agents carefully before doing any business with them because a lot of them out there are scammers and confidence artists and Stacey Valnes is certainly one of them!
Terrible service, overpriced, noisy, bad management no customer service not recommended for a family dinner or any event.
There is no ZERO Rating, so I am forced to pick "1". Any other fitness center in Tri Cities would surpass this facility in terms of qualified staff, equipment, contractual implications, scheduling for available times to use facilities, adequate staff to support the pool & gym schedule, cleanliness. VERY Disappointed with this facility after joining and when I approached the owner/manager "Karl/Carl" I was treated rudely, unprofessionally and was cussed at. The only thing this owner cares about is getting you to sign the contract, after that your screwed. Go anywhere else in this town and you'd be better off.
They have had the wrong address for my business for over 2 years! About every 6 months i will try to get it corrected but nothing happens. Terrible and unreliable information!
Customer service is not helpful. Citysearch allows people to post false and malicious reviews. As a business owner it would be nice to be able to respond to these reviews but Citysearch doesn't allow response to their reviews. I tried contacting citysearch about these false reviews and they refused to remove them whereas, other websites have reviewed and removed the reviews in question.
Simply awful. The customer service is crazy rude. Dunno how anyone can talk to customers like they do. The reviews are unfiltered, and end up as corporate shill-palooza. Completely worthless, use yelp, they actually like their users, have a review filter, a nice community and such. I hate u citysearch
