FED UP
November 28, 2015

Website is always down if you try to pay on line. Phone calls are Not Returned. Filed a claim do to a loose gasket in upstairs spa tub. Had 6 people out to prove to the $#*! adjuster that it was not from outside downpours. Finally found problem, it only took 3 mo. Of the fans, roar of dehumidifies, furniture in spare bedroom and a tent in garage. We are so tired of trying to pay these people(for what) not real sure and online payment service always down and we pay the late penalty. Fed up with incompetence in Highland Ca. Joyce

The worst ever.
July 17, 2015

Claims adjuster briefly inspected the leak in my home and then waited three weeks to send me a report denying my claim. I was told by CIG to get a lawyer
