Finally decided dealing with this company was not worth the stress! Cancelled my policies
And went with Liberty Insurance. I think half of CIG's problem is the Adjuster they seem to be so happy with. I suppose if I owned CIG I would be happy with an adjuster who always rules in the companies favor.
After ten years of paying, I finally decided to leave and go with hopefully a reliable company.
The stars should be for companies you are satisfied with. CIG should be rated with O's.
