I ordered clear iridescent Christmas ornaments in two sizes. Unfortunately, one box of ornaments came mostly broken. Contacted customer service and they were absolutely awesome to work with! So unfortunate shipping issue but outstanding customer service.
I really like the large variety and the sales but packaging is pretty lacking! Most items I've ordered look as of they've been stored in a dusty warehouse for years. 3 of the items purchased were slightly damaged mostly because they were thrown in the box without being sealed, fortunately I was able to glue things back into place. Lastly 2 items ordered were cancelled without any sort of notification and only found out after receiving refunds. I really do like ordering from here but packaging needs to improve and maybe quality control. Thank you.
I specifically ordered outdoor LED strip lights. They looked so nice until 3 days later it rained and they all burnt out. I'm not happy but lesson learned... order from somewhere with better/easier free return policy! To pay to return them was not worth what i paid for them. So they are in the garbage and my outside looks half done.
I purchased vintage, frosted Christmas lights which are getting hard to find. They were available in all the original colours. Delivery to Canada was in a reasonable amount of time. Overall I am very satisfied!
Website was easy to navigate. Checkout worked smoothly. Product delivered in timeframe promised. No directions on assembly, no replacement fuse or bulbs. Top tier of tree, while fitting snugly into the middle section, wobbles, causing the tree lean. We will need to wire these two section to stabilize it.

Found you through Walmart; but chose to buy direct. Was quite please with the ease of placing my order, condition of the product and how quickly my Christmas Tree topper arrived. I would definitely suggest your company to others.
I understand you want to take photos of a product in its best light, but no amount of fluffing in the world will make the wreaths I received look like the photos. Sad little wreath, not even round. Noticeable bald spots. Not worth anything near what I paid for them. I expected a higher quality item from somewhere that has Christmas in the store name. Disappointing and will not purchase more.
Although Christmas Central has great prices and great products, their delivery process is entirely too slow. I mean, I need the stuff before Christmas! I ordered Christmas Candles and a pack of bulbs over five days ago and the order is still awaiting fulfillment. Amazon and Walmart could have delivered quicker.
6 26" swags stuffed into a 19" box, twigs crumbles, bottom portion of swags were bent, necks were twisted/not flat. Not packaged in the correct shipping box to accommodate their length/disfigurement - I spent 163.06$ - spoke to the company & sent 20 pics, No full refund. Choices: self pay return label or they send me a label and IF they deem them disfigured I get a full refund
I ordered two 7.5' pencil white Christmas trees with warm white LED lights. A week later, I get a refund for my order. No call or email explanation as to why I was refunded. I called and they said they did not have any left. Then take it off your website! I then ordered two different pencil white trees. When they arrived, both trees were very cheap looking. On BOTH trees, the top section is white, while the lower 2 sections are more of a purple white. The top section does not fit in the hole snug and it sways from side to side. The top section is also larger than the middle section. Obviously, the tress were pieced together with incorrect parts. Also, the LED lights constantly flickered! I will NEVER order from Christmas Central again. I sent them pictures and they would not refund my money until I returned both trees and they inspect them. I live in a very rural area, so that is out of the question. I lost almost $500 on total junk. Lesson learned.
The ordering and billing pages do not flow; it kept bouncing back between PayPal and this site. Maybe it was a glitch, or the need to tweak after an update, but, all info should be asked for before showing payment options to prevent this. Once ordered, everything went fine. Order received in a timely manner. Still testing duration of lights.
I've shopped CC before. These deer are lovely except there was a small piece of paint chipped off each one.
AND you did not mention in description they'd be loaded with glitter that cones off on hands and everywhere else!
No where in their order on line that requires anything bought before Christmas had to be returned before Christmas. Normal is 30 days! Biggest rip off of $202.00.
I'll never o business with them again and will encourage anyone else to not buy from them!
Buyer Beware alert! Do not order from this company! Placed a large order as shipping stated all items ship within 2 business days. It's now been 7 business days and nothing has shipped. I've contacted customer service 5 times and each time the rep says the exact same thing "order is taken care of all will ship tonight. We'll call you or send you an email confirmation tonight" not one returned call or email and still no shipping. They do not allow order cancellations either. I was supposedly transferred to a Mgr. Who read the same script as all the others. Most unprofessional company and customer service department I've ever dealt with. I will be sharing this review on all social media accounts as well as google reviews to ensure they do not receive any business from friends, family, colleagues and more.
I am having a negative experience with Christmas Central too. They are blaming their poor customer service on the snow in Buffalo, which I am hearing that they do all the time. They never ever answer their phone or their emails! I am not sure, but I may have just thrown $50.00 down the tube, because I ordered my product and no delivery still. They gave me a bogus tracking # too. Watch out for this website people. You might never take delivery on your products! Going to report them if I don't receive my decorations by Friday!
Put red and white led lights up 3 weeks before Christmas. After 2 weeks noticed the lights in sections getting dim now they do not work at all. Some parts of the light working some just went black. Called customer service, said only a week to return. Explained they were working but now they are not manager tried to say it was a weather issue. Save yourself time and money and buy from a honest company. Don't deal with this company.
Received music box before Christmas for a gift. When my grand daughter opened it she was so excited. When she unwrapped the small dancing figures, one was broken. Should have been packaged to be more protected
I ordered 3 pieces of yard art from ChristmasCentral.com and boy is it gorgeous. It each came in its own box via UPS and set up within minutes. All my neighbors are commenting on how great my Christmas decorations look this year. I ordered the deer and the train set and my house is all lit up and was a breeze. I will definitely order from this company again.

I cannot recommend the quality enough of all Christmas central items. In addition, if there's any issues at all, it will immediately be rectified. I ordered over 15 sets of battery operated lights and one did not shine bright. I emailed them and within a few mins they responded and said they'd send out a new set of lights. They even followed up. All items are beautiful and have that special attention to detail that makes them long lasting and highly complimentary! Thank you Christmas Central!
Exactly what I was looking for at a decent price. I needed Christmas lights with a plug on just one end for a craft project. I ordered what was described as 1 plug only. But when my order arrived, it had plugs on both ends to connect multiple strings of lights. So I reordered, same thing happened. So I went to you tube, found with instructions that the extra plug can be cut and taped off. So I did and it worked fine.
I have an extra string of lights...but hey...they will come in handy.
