I ordered a pair of Christmas themed gnomes, one male and one female a matched pair. I had them delivered to a friend of mine but upon delivery she discovered that the female gnome had been shattered. I then called Christmas Central who without any hesitation sent a replacement which my friend received in good shape. Overall I am very satisfied doing business with Christmas Central and would recommend them to anyone as they are very professional and and definitely know the meaning of customer service.
After not receiving my order for 2 weeks, I called customer service to tell them. They told me it was lost and I would receive a credit, because they were on back order. One week later I received the order!
The return policy is extremely restricted. Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery, returns are docked a 20% restocking charge and they make no exchanges on returns. I wrote to their customer service department to question this and plead my case, but they did not budge. The return policy was not prominently displayed on the site when I was shopping.
I found some X-Mas ornaments. Where I had found them they were pretty pricey. However, I waited to see if they would go on sale, but when I went back half of the set was sold out. So, I ventured out to find someone who provided X-Mas things with out the HUGE price. I found Christmas Central online. I was skeptical because the prices were that good, significantly cheaper and they had the exact ornaments I missed out on before, but for a much better price. I thought I would give it a try and ordered the set. Ordering was easy and delivery was pretty quick. They came and were the exact same as the others, same quality, not a knock off. I'm so glad I found Christmas Central. They are my new go to for everything Christmas.
The only suggestion I have would be to focus on packaging a bit. It was packed with great care, just got tossed in delivery. Nothing was broken but I was surprised they survived.

Overall giving four stares, shipment was divided into two orders, received the first and about a week later received the second half. The larger window lighted decorations where great, but I ordered two smaller window lights on clearance, one didn't work at all and the second one the batteries went dead after the first night, not a big deal they were less than $5.00 each but the others have been great.
I bought 3 sets of frosted mini Brite Star designer series lights in 2018. In 2019 none of the strands had a full set of lights working. When I contacted Christmas Central they said they can't do anything about it except tell me to check the bulbs. I asked about the 2 year guarantee and they said that's just the manufacture warranty, In order t return the strands the warranty says they have to be faulty for 2 years before I can return them. What a waste of money.
I ordered multiple different things from this store and half of them were either dirty, had their tags missing, or came in a damaged box. It seemed as if half of the things I ordered were used. I will never be ordering from them again. They also have horrible customer service. They do not help me when I contacted them about my damaged products, and their shipping takes forever.

E-mails were all ignored.
I requested refund for items not received & was refunded minus re-stocking fee and return shipping for items I never received!
This business is a complete scam!

I returned to this website a second time as I had been so pleased with my first shopping experience with them and with the lights I bought from them. The selection is wonderful and the prices are very fair. The way they carefully track the delivery of the items to the customer goes above and beyond what you find at most websites. I will be back for more, I am sure.
Ordered Christmas ornaments on Dec 1,2020. It is Jan 21,2012, the order status shows that it hasn't even been dispatched, and I've had to file with my credit card in order to get a refund as I never got the items.
I've contact them three times over the course of a month about canceling my order and they keep giving the same excuse to wait a couple of days for the warehouse to get back to them.
The customer service is horrible and gives you the run around instead of returning the money.
I'm 100% satisfied with my new chairs! Thank you! I was able to assemble them alone, except for the last step. My husband squeezed the arms together so I could get the last bolts in, and everything else was super easy. I was expecting this based on the reviews I read before purchasing, so it wasn't a big deal. I'm looking forward to enjoying our chairs for many years!
I only gave 3 stars. Would be 5 if not damaged. I absolutely love it but it came damaged. Several of the bulbs coverings were broken and cannot be repaired. Instead of returning would you consider a discount due to the damage? I had one of these I bought 20 years ago that I had to throw away last year. The quality is not nearly as good but I can live with that. Broken lights not so much
I love the leaves and plain pumpkins lights. My surprise was that they were battery operated. I thought they were corded. But, they do have timers and look great in my windows. Nice transition from Summer to Fall before Halloween decor goes up.
The lights give the same amount of softness as the incandescent. They are easy to put on the tree and appear to come off as easily. After first installing 4 sets on y 8 ft tree I bought 3 more strands for next year. Love them!
Purchased new lights for the house this year- was hoping for a red, white and green combo but only found red and white. Wish they were a bit brighter but still pretty. Don't love that when you attach strands together the plugs take up like a foot of space so have to try and hide it and keep the right spacing of lights.
Customer service is not very good at all. I placed an order, I made a mistake & called within 2 hours to cancel to REORDER the correct items & was refused because a shipping label had been created. Really?
The only reason this is not a ONE star is because I need the lights.
I'm so ready to quit everything... they didn't help.

Should have read these reviews before I ordered from here. I ordered a Christmas tree and lights on October 17th. I received the lights within a few days but not the tree. I checked the tracking label for the tree and it said it was printed but not shipped. I called a week later and was told that they are "checking" with their warehouse. It is now 3 weeks later and after several phone calls and multiple emails I'm still getting the please wait 2 days while we check with the warehouse. They charged my card for the full amount; not just the lights. Guess I have to file a dispute for the charge.

We spent over $2,000.00 from Christmas Central on lighted trees and after we spent Hours to put them together, the lights didn't work. They replaced them and the replacement didn't work. The next year they said they didn't have any in stock, This year we asked for a refund. It was clear we were not going to get working lighted trees. After countless phone messages and e mails nothing satisfactory has been resolved. A manager sent one email with an offer to refund 20% of our refund for store credit.
