I contacted this company several times about the phat master blade, I called Andice to get a replacement. They don't have it they said chop my hair does I contacted them three times to make sure that they have it in stock before I order it because I've ordered this product from another company and never received it. So to avoid that. I sent a few emails never got a response so I definitely won't be ordering anything. I probably won't get my product or if I have to return it won't get that either.

I placed an order for 16 kiddie salon capes. The website says that they were made of Nylon. When they arrived, they were cheap vinyl. I contacted the company and immediately got a return shipping label. I sent the product back. It has now been weeks and they have yet to issue me a refund. They are claiming that "paypal is holding my refund." DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They misrepresent the product that they sell, customer service is horrible, and they do not issue refunds after the product has been sent back.

My razor was shipped prioroty mail, I reached out 3 times to talk with the company on email, then another two times on Pay pal for a customer complaint tht my order was never delivered, it then showed delivered on the post office tracker, but was never recieved at my home, the company finally repsoned and told me to just contact the post office, no follow up email, no let talk about options that they can file the claim that the item was either missing or stolen. They are the worst guest relations I've every expereinced
