I met David B Menchetti through my local to represent me in a workman's comp case.He was supposed to pay the union on my behalf what the union payed me for my temporary disability while I was out of work. When the case was settled Mr. Menchetti did not pay the union as he promised. Now I'm uninsured because he was dishonest and did not pay the union what was owed. I was confident everything was resolved until I was contacted by the union a year later and told I owe this money. I'm very dissatisfied and in a difficult situation, with no insurance due to his greed and dishonesty.
