I bought a Drone and 2 spare batteries at a cost of £70, the Drone arrived with no battery and the 2 spares never arrived. After months of emails they have refunded £22 for the 2 batteries but refuse to take the Drone back and issue a refund. Terrible experience, avoid them
My 4-star rating is for "simple" products where the specs are not too complicated like a flashlight or a HDMI to USB capture device.
But when it comes to more complicated products such as laptop pc's or phones or tablets, the product specs are almost always lacking in completeness. I shy away from purchasing these products (even when the price is enticing) because I want to avoid disappointment upon receipt and the difficulty of shipping back to the Chinavasion supplier.
Chinavasion is very good wabsite I love it I am looking forward this wabsite and this app is very helpful thanks very much for free shipping.
They didn't send me the last couple of orders. I tried making contact but no one came back to me. We'll see how this order goes.
Most other foreign suppliers have changed to show all prices in the local currency - not Chinavasion. Although their prices look good initially, once you get to the bottom line the figure changes to convert to US dollar. This is not so with your competition - a good reason to update or lose to them.
I just love online shopping and this is my first time trying business with this company, so let's get loyal to ourselves to keep business going

It has been 8 Months since I have paid for my order and still nothing has been delivered. After multiple emails to support they only replied twice. After 4 months of complaining they suddenly gave me a false tracking number which doesn't work on any shipping company or Universal tracking websites. They stole my money and probably does this to many clients. Imagine if they stole $300 from 10 people everyday.
I will stay away from this company

I ordered a 330USD laptop. Currently using it for 2 months and is working flawlessly.
Truth is, the only issue I had with Chinavasion is way delayed shipment, and sometimes the carelessness of their admins regarding replying to emails.
Ordered 1 phone too, I cancelled the ordered and it have been refunded to my back account the next day. The laptop is amazing. I always loved Chinavasion and after all I received my item, which works flawlessly.
DHL is cool too. It's just that sometimes you have to wait and they have high fees for customer service.
Is a genuine reviews, to me is a 5 star company, I received my laptop from Shenzen, I felt it's air, for sure is coming from there, is a big place, big world, it travelled a bit. I felt something from that city through it although I never visited it.
Also ordered severally years ago a 170 USD smartphone from them, went way faster than now but it was AMAZING. Never had any issues just pay attention to your country's fees.
My cousin also ordered the same phone as me + 1 more from Ulefone Paris if I remember correctly, some Bluetooth devices and severally other items. All of them were good, it's just that the shipment was delayed more than expected.

Why risk your money on a 50/50 shot. Chance of your order arriving, and being undamaged, and being the right qty and not being broken/damaged is probably 50% at best.
Only this that you can count on is the customer service not caring.
