Free shipping?

I started an order yesterday and was planning on using the last $10 of Place Cash and today when I went on to finish up it has a shipping charge attached even though right below the order summary it says, "Always free shipping. No code needed!" So what's going on? It also said I could email them which I tried to get to the link and it won't give me anyplace to email. No answer on their phone number provided. At a lose of what to do. I've had good luck the past year with them.

Buyer beware
November 24, 2019

Never received items although I was home at time of delivery. Other retailers will replace items, but not children's place. Was told to take it up with my bank. I then told them I used a children's place gift card and the response was basically oh well. No offer to replace items, no rewards or coupons offered, not even empathy offered. NEVER USE CHILDREN'S PLACE GIFT CARDS if you are vulnerable to porch pirates or have unreliable delivery services. I reviewed items that I didn't receive on their site and they never posted it, so I wonder what else are they not posting. I have lost all faith and trust in children's place

Like many others, I had a package that USPS says was delivered but I never received it. They told me it was my responsibility. What company doesn't have insurance for this type of thing. I will never shop there again.

Never got the delivery

I am so upset. After reading all these reviews, i think i also have been robbed. Bull$#*!! I don't know what to do. Tracking shows its been delivered but I didn't receive anything.

I'm trying to get information on my package which delete when I put place my order online and then call the order to make sure that I could get both the packages at the same time I was just sure that but then that didn't happen because it's a gift for my niece I mean for my nephew's got to get ready to leave the country but then when I call the call 7 to get help they so f****** and train animals that you have you need to tame your animals cuz they don't know how to talk to people so yeah I wouldn't buy it from them mad as hell

Unethical Billing!

UNETHICAL LATE FEES
This is beyond belief! If you have The Children's Place credit card, beware of the interest charges on late payments. I purchased uniform pieces for $38.90. The following month I received an errant late payment charge along with our bill for the $38.90. We paid the $38.90, and the late fee was canceled. One month later, today, I received another bill for the same items, only this time for $41.90. When I called, I was told that there was a two dollar charge to cancel the late fee, so I now owe the entire amount again plus the two dollars. Does any of this make any sense to you? It sure doesn't to me. I have cancelled my card and will NEVER do business with The Children's Place again.

Upset and Disappointed
October 30, 2019

Up until now, I've had good success with Children's Place delivery. Got an email this morning saying that my package had been delivered. Looked outside, no package. Called the 1800 number was told that the package was delivered at 7:18 pm. My daughter makes it home from work at around 8 pm each evening. No package. Children's Place pretty much told me that there is nothing they can do and for me to call USPS. I'm lost close to 200.00 and no items. Now I'm on hold with USPS. I will NEVER, EVER, EVER BUY ANOTHER ITEM FROM THIS COMPANY. My grandsons are without the winter shirts and pajamas that I ordered. Not only am I upset, I feel like I've been robbed.

Children's Place, you need to ensure that if the companies you use to deliver are delivering after dark, they need to ring the door bell or knock on the door. I'm done with this company and will not refer anyone else to use them.

I caution you not to order from them. If anything at all goes wrong they will do nothing for you! I guess they are making bank while screwing everyone over. Never received my package and they wouldn't do anything for me. BUYERS BEWARE

Yesterday I received email saying my package had arrived. Long story short somewhere along the way my package was lost and no one can seem to tell me where it is. Children's place does NOT hold responsibility if their package is lost, damaged or stolen & now I am out $100+ and my daughters still needing winter clothes! I will NEVER order online from them again. BEWARE OF THIS GOD AWFUL COMPANY!

Recently made an order at Children's Place for back to school items for my kid. I did not receive the items and children's place reps insists that it was delivered and that I should check with my post office and neighbors. I did as they instructed just to make all checks. When I informed the childrensplace customer service rep that the package was not at the PO or any neighbor I was told that there is nothing they can do from their end and that the only recourse I had was to talk with my bank. I have been shopping with childrensplace for years, never had to about an issue and all they did, after waiting extremely long on a call to customer care was to be informed they will not refund my money.

Recently purchased a winter coat. The coat hadn't arrived when I saw it 25% less than what I was paid. I requested a store credit. Received a canned response cut and pasted of the website.
Once had their credit card. They didn't process my payment correctly, took 6 months to fix the mistake!
Decent clothes, poor service.

Ordered school uniforms and only received 3/8 items ordered. Contacted them be email and got nowhere. Called them and was on hold for a long while, finally got through and was issued a refund for the missing items. Got a confirmation email about the refund but the amount was incorrect, so I called them AGAIN! They are issuing another refund for the remaining amount due-which will take 7-10 business days. In the meantime, I've had to purchase those uniforms and spent extra money that was not originally budgeted.

Horrible be aware

I've ordered my child's uniforms from here, they delivered them the day before the date I was not home left the package on my door step. I never received anything the customer service would not resend my child's uniforms or give me a refund. Be aware go to the store never order online from here

I never thought i would have to write such a horrible review about children's place. I ordered online around 4 weeks ago and I got the clothes for my son and i loved them, even though the colour they posted was totally different when I received them. Anyway here we go the site had said 60% off when I bought the clothes for my son, I paid $6.97 for jeans and $5.47 for shorts. I checked the site on September 09,2019 for the prices of some clothes for my girls because I know that I was suppose to use my place cash between sept 10-23,2019. The prices of the skinny jeans for girls 4-26 were $7.62 and now today sept 11 I am ready to use my rewards and the prices of jeans are $11.99, I am so disappointed. I called them and they said they change their prices everyday and they cannot give me a price adjustment (not that I asked for one). The prices of everything on children's place has increased in 2 days just because its time to use my place cash. I also checked their site almost everyday because I was planning to spend a good amount of money on clothes for my 3 kids. Now i wont even buy a pencil from them until after the prices go back down. Please note that their site is saying up 50% off but everything is more expensive now the jeans are almost $5 more. Is anyone else experiencing this price hike.

I am truly disappointed with the children's place For I have confidently placed an order online (order number **) Only for my order to get canceled. And then when I called customer service. Customer service tells me that my order didn't meet the company's criteria and they have to contact my bank and verify my address information so therefore I provided the customer service rep my bank number. The children place customer service rep kept me on the phone for about an hour and 10 minutes to complete their verification process. Only for customer service rep to tell me that my order still remains canceled. And that the required company procedures was only for verification purposes for future purchases.

I am truly upset with this company titius form of operation. You guys wasted an hour and 10 minutes of my time with no resolution whatsoever. The rep only offered me $15 in reward points. I can't believe you guys cancelled my order and when I complied by allowing my bank to share my personal information for your verification purposes only to maintain my order cancelled due to your company rules why disappoint me multiple times. One by cancelling my order and two by not refunding me and three by wasting an hour of my time. How dare you put me through such distress.

It took way too long for them to ship then when they said it quote unquote shipped it did not I ordered on the 17th and still not have received anything when they're saying I did let's see how this goes see if they were fun me $100 back or not if cuz I don't want their crap anymore they could be a good store if they had good customer service and good shipping
