I like the dresses I received, however the estimated shipping times were inaccurate. It took several days before my dresses were sent out, and the shipping took longer than estimated. The products came from China, and that wasn't clear when I placed my order.

Return is too difficult compared to other vendors. You have to pay, they don't send return label. I won't order again.

Ordered product arrived in time frame stated at check out. Quality item, would order again.

I wasn't happy with the fit of the sweater I bought, so I returned it. However, the return process was terrible. I wasn't sure how to initiate the return. The only option was to get store credit, not a refund. And I'm not sure I even received the credit. I didn't get any email confirmation that the item was recieved back. Overall, it was pretty disappointing, and I'm not sure I'll buy anything else after that experience. It's not worth the risk of not being able to get a fair return if something doesn't fit.

Easy and quick buying experience. The shipping was quick as well.

I loved the jumpsuit. I just couldn't get it to zip because of how defined my back is from years of swimming.

The dress I ordered was well made, but the yellow beige color of the dress was a sad surprise. The actual color is not flattering and doesn't match the picture advertised.

I guess we are all now used to free return shipping and good information on returns. I did not find Chicwish return policy easy to find for my location, nor did they respond to my queries. While it said it would provide payment for shipping, it did not in the end provide a paid waybill. It said there would be a return form in the package, there wasn't. And it said they would only refund if the product arrived back to them within 30 days of delivery to me- unable to guarantee that, i decided to keep the product and repurpose the fabric rather than risk having no refund and no product.

Didn't have any issue upon ordering. I have received it fast. The material is really nice.
