I was very impressed with Chetu's team and their wealth of knowledge and experience on this project. They keep surprising me with ideas that align with my vision and constantly setting the bar high.

Working with Chetu has been very enjoyable. I did struggle with the languages bearer at first but after about 3 months it stop being an issue. We have noticed if they are working on a project from scratch they do very well. They do lack when having to work within someone else's code. I think the best feature is having a dedicated product manager to guide their team. The team I have been working with has done a great job and has helped us accomplish the things we needed to get done. Overall I would say it's a good deal based on the price.

We were looking to create a hybrid mobile app to accompany our Magento platform but only had 45 days before a huge trade show to make this happen. We thought this was an impossible task for sure. Thankfully, the team at Chetu was able to come in and take complete control of our software development needs. They were able to complete the task a week ahead of schedule and with zero mistakes. Their work has been invaluable to us, and we are very grateful for their hard work and pool of highly talented developers.

This is a complex website with API calls to Avalara for sales tax, UPS, FedEx, and USPS for shipping, and it is also integrated with our payment processor and our ERP system. The e-commerce platform is nopCommerce. The website is mission-critical. Chetu redesigned the look and feel, and they also added significant new functionality.

Prior to working with Chetu on our project, I had engaged two companies to work on our more complicated website. Both of those previous companies were dishonest and the quality of work was very poor. I was incredibly frustrated and was about to give up on the business as a whole.

Thankfully, I was able to meet Chetu and have them resurrect my dream. I was excited that it was an American-based company and was happy to learn their developers operated with the honesty and quality that I was expecting. What impressed me most were the weekly meetings - which I felt kept me in the loop on the project - and the multiple layers of management to ensure the project was moving in the right direction. What you should know about Chetu's business model:
Once you start an engagement with Chetu, the meter continues to run until you disengage. This isn't so much a critique or a negative as it is an observation. You need to give them two weeks' notice in order to stop the meter. So, you should have a solid spec before signing up with them to get the best value.

Recommendations to others considering Chetu:
Draft a solid specification for the project you have in mind to ensure that the development resources are focused on developing the whole time of the engagement. Don't sign until you are ready. You should have the entire project scoped out thoroughly. Then, review the spec with your project manager from Chetu to ensure they understand your requirements.
