Clutch engaged Chetu to build out a POS integration from our API's for Stored Value and Loyalty. The team was engaged and professional. Steady progress was made and the project was run with an organized approach by their dedicated Project manager.
Our Company was looking for a development house to build out a cloud-based solution for our new patent pending flagship product that will be used to track and monitor water/wastewater/sewer repairs worldwide, and Chetu is delivering every week! Cost Effective for our budget (R&D with product launch is a HUGE concern for any small business trying to launch a game changer) and Chetu is right with us hand in hand making suggestions for better user experiences and better looks - all the while our Chetu Project Manage is keeping us and the teams engaged and focused on the solution! - Overall - well done and i would recommend anyone have a chat at the least on how they can assist you!
When you're contemplating how to supplement your IT team, you grapple with several questions. Do I require an expert for a brief period, extended contract, consider on-site versus remote, or even explore offshore options?
Am I confined to a fixed number of developer hours that I might not need, resulting in the addition of a different resource to cater to changes in requirements? The company I selected is not just qualified but also adaptable to accommodate my evolving needs. This means being able to adjust project priorities and associated resources.
Once you surpass this challenge, the next step is evaluating whether the chosen company shares the same level of concern for my business and direction. Are they merely following instructions, or do they proactively flag important discoveries for my attention? Effective communication of this caliber distinguishes a company merely filling a position from one genuinely serving your needs.
Chetu has proven to be an exceptional partner. They offer a minimal two-week notice period to remove or replace a resource with a different skill set for another project. You can allocate a set block of hours for a specific project, and upon its completion, the engagement concludes.
Chetu not only delivers the technical expertise necessary to bridge gaps but also exhibits flexibility in adapting to a dynamic business environment. I've witnessed their team identify and communicate concerns regarding data and processes. Their aim is not just to ensure the delivery of a quality product but also to empower the customer to make informed decisions for their business.
I highly endorse this company and the outstanding individuals we've collaborated with.
What was touted as a "world class company" to rebuild a website with newer technology ended up being a website with reused broken code wrapped into a vulnerable word press website.
The original contract was for a roughly 3 month project which extended into 7-8 months. The concept was they were billed by the hour and that it would be handed off to the hire's Technology dept or person if they had one. Unfortunately the hours kept stretching on and when pressed for actual time-sheets because it felt like we were being conned, they never provided the documents. After one problem was fixed, 2-3 more would crop up. When asked to ensure verification and testing, that never happened.
It's the equivalent of hiring contractors to redo your kitchen in a 3 month span, showing you the cabinets, fridge, counters working separately, but once it was put together in one room, you were missing the fridge, dishwasher and most of the electrical outlets while being told you didn't provide the correct planning.
Towards the end, the communication was so bad that Chetu accounts still remained in our system. We attempted to remove them, and one of them was connected to the WordPress system as an admin account that flushed most of the site down with the admin account.
When asked for assistance, there was none given. We've had to go back to the drawing board and redo most of what was done by Chetu, putting the site backwards a year.
After having a deal with the company for finishing my project in 6 month, it took them a year to get more money out of me and at the end they didn't even finish my project and they left me hanging, I tried to contact the company more than once and I never got any answer or explanation. They just disappeared, TAKE MY ADVICE AND GET ANOTHER COMPANY OR YOU WILL REALLY REGRET IT.
Chetu is an outstanding software development company that has truly exceeded our expectations at FlyRight. We have been working with Chetu since November 2019, and their expertise has been invaluable in creating significant improvements within our Salesforce Org.
One of the key areas where Chetu has helped us is with our custom Timesheet application for our payroll department. Chetu's project manager, development team leader, and QA team have gone above and beyond to adapt to our development timelines and business requirements. Their attention to detail and willingness to collaborate with our team has made the entire process seamless and efficient.
FlyRight trains professional pilots using full-flight simulators, and the improvements made by Chetu have helped us streamline our operations and improve our training processes. We are extremely impressed with Chetu's world-class software development capabilities, and their dedication to delivering quality results.
Overall, we highly recommend Chetu to any company looking for a reliable and experienced software development partner. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly exceptional, and we look forward to continuing our successful partnership with them in the future.
Literal scam. During onboarding they talk about all there offices in the states and how their team can get you the app you need exactly - even showing you an example that fits and making it clear that it's a matter of minor graphic changes to get what you need. Once you sign the contract all those onboarders leave - because they were salespeople- and you're given to some guy in India who starts from scratch and takes 5 weeks to make a menu screen. I paid the invoice and cancelled and then they charged me for 3 months months. Corona happens and I get served up in NY, Chetu is claiming that I defrauded them and was never a business but a calculating individual who took their intellectual property and is therefore responsible.
This has been an utter mess. I'm under nothing but stress right now after losing everything, including the business, to covid and now I may have to pay $20,000+ for work that never happened because I cannot afford a lawyer. The icing on the cake is I advertised on Upwork and they (Chetu) reached out to me directly, I didn't find them.
Stay. Away.
We hired Chetu to develop our new learning management system that could integrate with an e-commerce platform.
Chetu built our new interface from scratch and integrated updated sign up, login, and password reset features, as well as creating new course dashboards for students, teachers, admins, and resources. The team leveraged the latest in UI/UX technology and created easily editable and functioning learning paths for all of our key courses. Lastly, they helped bridge the gap between our e-commerce platform and the e-learning management application by rolling us over from Shopify to Magento and ensuring seamless integration.
Our application is now so much more user-friendly and intuitive. Not only has the overall experience improved for our users, but the integrated e-commerce platform has created a smoother transition for sales. From an investment standpoint, Chetu's experienced team members and affordable rates have allowed us to not only improve our return on investment but complete this project in a highly expeditious manner.
We received daily, and weekly reports from the team as well as regular executive briefings so we were well informed during the entire development process. The team certainly went above and beyond to accommodate our team's needs and schedule. Overall it was a highly effective process that we couldn't be happier with.
The expertise and overall professionalism of the team were truly remarkable. Their superb communication kept me the loop the entire time, and the company's rates made this large investment incredibly affordable and valuable to our company.
Chetu has been working with SpiderOak since June 2021, they have worked on 2 of our projects and currently working on a third one, SpiderOak has one resource working with us, occasionally adding a second resource for short term needs. Chetu has worked on a GIS project to provide an offline map library through Mapbox, They worked on a BBQ smoker automation project to remotely control it from anywhere through IOT devices and a Raspberry PI. Chetu is currently working on QA automation project for iOS and desktop applications. Spideroak is really happy working with Chetu, they do an excellent job in the automation area with good work quality and looking forward to continue working with them in the future as well.
I am very pleased that we partnered with Chetu. In February of 2020, I was encouraging my IT Manager to find a programming partner. My IT Manager did not want to work with a company but wanted to hire employees to work directly for him. It took several months to convince our IT Manager to look for a partner. When we started interviewing potential partners, we were really leaning towards nearshoring with a company called Wolox because of the time zone differences. The fact that Chetu is mostly working on our time zone got us comfortable with Chetu. If you are relying only on one person like an IT Manager or a CTO without additional programmers that know your production systems, you are crazy! By the way, I was crazy, but luckily I had breakfast with a fellow Entrepreneur in February of 2020, that told me to get a programming partner for my IT Manager. When my IT Manager just walked out the door with almost no notice and all the knowledge in July 2021, I would have been in big trouble if it wasn't for Chetu. I am sure we could have figured out something, but potentially going out of business could have happened without Chetu. We started in September of 2020 with 2 programmers at Chetu. Over a year later, we are now up to 6 full time programmers, and I can see getting to 12 programmers by this time next year. If I could go back in time, I would have partnered with Chetu sooner, and I would have put them in charge of production right away. Kirk King
These people are running a legal scam. Do your homework and read the other reviews. You do not want to do business with them unless you are a 100MM dollar company with lawyers sitting around doing nothing and eager to take on a legal case when CheatU sue you because you did not pay them the last invoices for the crappy, unbelievable incompetent work they do.
If this is not enough to steer you away from them, read the contract very carefully. You will be putting yourself, in a position where they can sue you in Florida, and you will have to hire a lawyer from there.
If you are thinking you can save money by hiring them, that will not be the case. Just to give you an example, when we talked to them, they said the application would cost around $16K to develop. Long story short, they billed us for $36K, and the application was not even finished. It was poorly executed and coded. We ended up hiring another company, which is truly US based, and the total cost was $12K and a fraction of the time. That is a HUGE difference, in time and money
They ended up suing us, as they have sued hundreds of companies due to the same situation: a crappy job that results in unpaid invoices. Think about it, is there a conspiracy to hire this company, do work with them for a few months, and then decide to stop paying them? Or is it that what they suck? Do yourself a favor a read reviews about it online. If you are reading this, thankfully you did what we did not, and will no suffer the consequences we did.
We worked with a Chetu development team, on an ongoing basis, for almost 4 years. During that period the Chetu team (consisting of frontend developers, backend developers and project managers) were consistently productive and maintained high levels of communication. Members of their ‘core' team stayed on the project from day one until the final day of service. During this period we adjusted the number of developers to suit our project needs, at the height of our Chetu development team count we had four developers and two project managers (not including the QA support which also featured in the development cycle).
The work period involved a number of projects with the majority of work involving a single (large) web-based project that spanned the entire length of our work contract. The work involved the creation of new development features and the core architecture and database design. Throughout this period they also managed the version control until we brought those services in-house toward the end of the contract.
The most consistent part of their work, and strongest attribute in our eyes, is their productivity rate: their developers were highly industrious and we enjoyed a high acceptance rate for all the tasks we set. This also went hand-in-hand with their dedication and professional approach to our relationship. In fact one light criticism is they may have been too eager at times to accommodate our, sometimes over-reaching, requests in an attempt to please us and thereby stretching development to its limits. But this was as much our error for providing too much work in a set period of time. We evolved this process and eventually settled on a productive and reliable rate of delivery.
In terms of value, we believe we received very good cost-benefit value in the team setup. They essentially offer their project manager resource as a free service. In our case, Arvind, who not only was a highly experienced project manager but also had years of direct development experience, so he could also provide development consultation - all of which we received free as part of our standard contractual setup. The Chetu QA team that supplemented the development cycle was also provided as part of the standard contractual setup, and even though there were times where their QA could have been tighter, this was generally consistent and added to the very good value of the service.
We strongly recommend Chetu and, if needs present themselves, will certainly consider working with them again. Thank you again Chetu development team for your excellent dedication to our software projects.
