This website is either a scam or already out of business. I placed an order on May 2,2023, received a confirmation email of shipping the order on Mat 10,2023. I have not received my order until now. I have contacted their customer service 3 times but no reply at all from them & there is no live chat! The order was supposed to be delivered in 10 days! It's been 50 days already yet my order has not been delivered! Awful experience. I don't recommend using the website at all.

Chemist Direct is also know as Pharmacy Online - Took time to support this online store, only to receive a fraction of what I ordered. A $270 order ended up only getting $80 worth of product. Only good for apologies.

I ordered painkillers and sudocrem. They refused to issue painkillers, as I had bought some a few weeks ago.
I am 61 years old, as they know and by no means a codeine addict. They ignored my request to cancal the entire order, meaning I have paid £12 for a tub of sudocrem.

I made a mistake and tried to place a re order of a previous order only to find I get to the same problem the part the questionnaires for the drugs only to remember you can not tick the yes/no boxes on an iPad. I wrote to customer service and they know about the issue and just mention that their site works ok in a computer ok. But be warned the shopping basket doesn't not transport across so when you log in you have to load the basket again.

In this day and age chemist direct you need to sort you website out as you don't deserve the business if you can't look after your customer. You know about the problem. Fix it.

I will avoid this vendor in future. Extortionate delivery fees and they do not honor next day delivery promises and refuse to refund for delivery fees when they fail to stick to their promises. There are better more honest competitors.

Order placed nothing received after nearly three weeks.
I placed an order with ChemistDirect on the 6th November 2020. On the 11th November 2020 I received an email from Hermes stating they were waiting to receive my order.

On the 14th November 2020, as I had nothing from ChemistDirect or Hermes, I contacted ChemistDirect. On the 16th November 2020 ChemistDirect stated I should wait longer and then they can look into giving me a refund?

This would be a refund for nothing received, after waiting nearly three weeks, nothing received by their chosen courier, Hermes, no initiated contact by ChemistDirect to me in the first instance to explain of the delay - no explanation or apology.

If this is not resolved forthwith I will dispute the credit card transaction with the credit card company and refuse to pay.

I would not recommend this company and will not use again.

The items they sell are grossly overpriced and they do not appear to understand the difference between PoM (Prescription only), P (Pharmacy only) and GSL (General Sales List = Over the counter) medicines.

WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME
Awful Service Order reference: OR*******
I ordered 5 items but only received 2 overpriced + post cost 3.95!
This was the first time that I had used Chemist Direct and last time!
An 3 items was out of stock. They never offered to cancel the order.
Would be nice to know if an item is out of stock before paying for it.
Not happy with how this order was dealt with and service. As this was my first time purchase makes me doubt in future purchases
And reputation this will have for other people if they ask me.

Ref Order No OR*******

I only received Lloyds Cream x 2 of the order

Optrex Allergy Eye Drop x 1 and Oral B Pro-Expert x 2, did come with consignment.

The consignment come from Hermes on the 21 May 2020 in the morning.

I noted the consignment weight was 0.78 Kg it arrived only weighing 0.48 KG (which accounts for the Lloyds x 2)
They didn't believe me and would not compensate my loss. Therefore never to be trusted as a supplier

I complained but of course no reply
A reputable company would not market this Chinese junk.
If the system allowed me I would give them negative stars

Terrible web site. Unhelpful 'staff'. Absurdly high shipping charges. You won't always get what you ordered. Chronic pain does not go away..., hence the terrm 'chronic'. But these so-called medical professionals don't seem to understand that. They are as bad as street dealers - worse in in my opinion because they trade under the veneer of respectably. Avoid.

Website functionality terrible. In the end had to order over phone but their technology so poor the operator couldnt view what Id put in my basket online so it took 15m call g from abroad to order 6 items. Then she had to take address again over phone (another tech fail) and from the confirmation email I see the address has been garbled so little chance order will ever arrive. Customer Care dont reply to anything. Just dont use them!

Order and paid for some items on 29th December it is now 11th January still not received them, sent 4 emails to them and, to date, not one acknowledgment. I will be taking the matter further using the CR act 2015. They advertise ''Live chat''on their website yet it is simply an email!, you ring the number advertised on their website and it is never answered. Customer service is the only thing that sets companies apart from each other, I doubt if chemist direct even have a customer service department... will never order or recommend anything from them in the future

I made an order on the website on the 25th of October - the shipping time was supposed to be 9-10 days. I chose the method with tracking, and by today - the shipment haven't left UK (they are still processing it...). All of my attempts to get an answer from them about this shipment have failed. They also lies and said they we give me an answer by the end of last Friday. Today is Monday and no one answering to my mails.
Haven't encontared such a lausy service for a long time.
I will have to spend more money and order from a different website, hopfully I can get my money back from them via paypal.

Amendment: changed my rating from 1 star to 3 - today I managed to contact them on facebook and got a full refund for my order. I hope, for their sake, that they will find a better International courier to work with

Received the parcel but notice that two items not included, checking with invoice, they cancel my items from my order without inform me, and charge delivery cost on my order, it was free delivery on my original order, not happy about it.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY, NO COMMUNICATION, CUSTOMER HELP LINE NEVER ANSWERED, PROMISE TO RETURN CALL WITHIN 4HRS. NO RESPONSE IN 4WEEKS+. (LAST PHONE CALL) RETURNED UNOPENED ITEM IN JULY, STILL NO REFUND AND AS STATED NO COMMUNICATION. DON'T KNOW WHERE TO GO NEXT, WOULD RATHER GIVE MONEY AWAY, THAN BE ROBBED LIKE THIS.
