Fast shipping is very confidence and comfortable. I am very happy if the delivery takes place quickly because while the goods obtained have arrived as customers we also feel satisfaction with the fast delivery. So for me this is something that must be seeded in a company
Ordered some shoes over a month ago. Never received and invoice confirmation. Only way to contact them is through email. They assure you they have shipped but after a month and still no tracking number provided?! They tell you no refund because the order has shipped. They have no problem taking your money quick but not providing any proof. Will never buy from this company or recommend to anyone. Do your research first like I wish I would of done. I wish PayPal would see all the negative reviews and shut them down!
After two months the chellysun boots finally came in and even though they are not exactly the color I ordered they are very cute and comfy so those that have been waiting there is Hope lol
I ordered a pair of boots at the beginning of October and still NOTHING. I never received a valid tracking info after I ordered, and every time I email their customer support asking for info on where it is, they claim the post office is backed up. I asked for a refund and received no response!

I ordered 4 shirts/sweaters and 2 pairs of pants from chellysun. I received my clothes in about a month, however I selected express shipping which was supposed to be 1-2 days. I am happy with all of my tops and have no complaints. However, I am extremely dissapointed in both of my pants. My jeans didn't come with a hole cut out to put the button through in order to do up my jeans, so they are completely unwearable. They also had the worst, most strong chemical smell coming off of them that I don't even know if washing them would get the smell out. I also ordered a pair of leggings that looked absolutely nothing like the ones on the website and were made with the most absolute cheap fabric that they looked awful on. Although I am happy with my shirts I will never order from this website again.
