Hello, I placed an order on April 16, 2018 confirmation number 3854. There is a charge on my credit card on April 17, 2017 but I have still not it.

Same thing happened to me, I made an order, received a bunk tracking number, then never heard back from them!

I don't know what happened with your order. But if it was like my order, I didn't see it for 6 weeks. When I did see it, I realize that I have been had. Terrible company. Deplorable quality. Buyers beware.
