YES! This website is a SCAM! I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER NOR A REFUND! I have to go to China to fight I will! REPORTING THIS CITE IMMEDIATELY!

Yes, this company made an error, sent us a wrong size and we went back & forth in emails. The boots were 29.95 and they offered a $2 credit, eventually they offered $10. But we never rec'd any credit!

The worse customer service I have ever received. Refused my refund as I cannot provide a reference / invoice number as I never received a confirmation email. Have taken my money, shown them the bank transaction proof and are now flat out ignoring my messages. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.
