I tried to call them many times, using appropriate country codes and different numbers. I never reached anyone on the phone and I no longer believe them when they say that they have this service for US citizens. The only way I was able to reach them, is through voice mail. If you have not ordered from this company yet, then please save yourself time and money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. What you see is NOT what you get!
