I purchased some Address labels from Chele's.com, through Paypal over 2 months ago and I have not received them. I have contacted Chele's multiple times. She has responded only once stating that she would track my order and get back to me. I never heard from her. Since then I have sent multiple emails and I can not get her to respond. I'm unable to file claim through paypal since it has been over 45 days. I was hoping to resolve this directly with Chele's before contacting Paypal, however I have had no luck there. This is not my first purchase from her. I happen to really like her Address labels and I am very disappointed with the service I have received or lack there of.
I have the same problem with Chele's.com. Ordered and paid for address labels which I have never received. It's been over a month with no response to my emails. Rather disappointing, considering I have been pleased with my orders in the past. Nice that she's receiving money for nothing! I don't mind giving to charity, but I really resent a thief!
Before making an order or sending payment, you should probably make sure the seller is alive and well, and actually taking orders.
