Do NOT order checks from this company. An employee printed extra checks and forged my checks before they shipped. They wrote a check for over $4000. 00.

Recently ordered a box of 400 personal checks from this website/company. I'm quite satisfied with the ordering process and the phone call that I made to their customer service. Just the fact that they "HAVE" a phone number "with live agents", is a big plus nowadays!
The company is based in the USA and the checks are printed in the USA!
And they offer a "Free shipping" option. That's a winning combination for sure.

My only reason for not awarding them 5 stars is because of the $13 "Handling Fee" which was added as a surprise near the end of my order, I feel that this fee should be stated near the beginning of the order process. However, the final order price was cheaper than some of their competitors. I am still quite happy with the purchase, and would use them again.

I wish there was a negative infinity rating available for this. I ordered 1 box of duplicate checks in Jan 2023, never got the order. As of today (August 2023) I am STILL trying to get my refund of $21.62. I have initiated contact every time, spoken to Michael, Justin and Joy at different times, each "promised" to email A/R Support, I've yet to get a call or email back. They supposedly had system upgrade earlier this year which they are blaming issues on, they are also "claiming" I'm not the only one "this" happened to, as if that's supposed to make it any better. Ironically, I received a credit memo a few months ago with an envelope and stub for "my payment". I reported to BBB but don't know if that will do any good. Any responses to my numerous emails ask me to contact them by phone so they can "help me" directly.

I ordered a BOX of checks from this place. All over their site they advertise get a box for just $4.95. Everyone knows a box of checks consists of at least 4 or more booklets of 40 to 50 checks, i.e. 160 to 200 checks. I ordered a BOX from them and the $4.95 turned into $12.25 by the time they added in all their nonsense charges. Still a bargain for what i was expecting. Received the order today and turns out their BOX is only 80 checks (2 booklets). I immediately called and am infomred that this is revealed on their Faq page which is obscurely hidden tat the bottom of their home page and nested away in a slew of Q&A type listings. This should have been at the TOP of every page --- GET A BOX OF 80 CHECKS FOR $4.95! I will never do business here again! Just know your only getting 80 per BOX... and it is not even in a box... just a skimpy envelope with 2 booklets of checks enclosed.

They charged my account but never sent anything. When checking their website for tracking information, the tracking link was fake. When I researched the tracking number, I found it tracked a package that was not sent to the address that I had provided them. They do not answer the phone, or reply to emails.

I ordered my checks March 23. I received an email March 30 stating my checks had been shipped. I called them and was told they shipped them on April 6 and that it would take 10 to 21 days to arrive. Still have not received my checks. This Checks.com was the reorder sheet in my checks so I used them. Never again. It's scary to think my checks are out there somewhere and that the company has all my banking information.

I ordered 1 book of checks on 3/25/23, and they charged my debit card the same day. I got an email on 3/28 saying the checks have shipped, but I waited until 4/20 and no checks. I emailed them twice about it but received no reply. I asked them to either refund my $$$ or actually send me the checks (I don't think they actually sent them...just said they did). Never order from this company...chances are you're just giving them $$$ in return for nothing. There are so many check places out there...give them your business, and not this corrupt company. I'm calling my bank tomorrow to dispute the charge, and being they won't refund my $$$ voluntarily, I'll have the bank deal with them.

***I tried to contact the BBB, but they're not registered with them...I wonder why not. They'd have to make things right with their customers and not just do as they please and steal peoples money!

If I could give zero stars I would! I received an email to call their "security division" and when I did, the guy said the account number I entered (twice mind you) was incorrect and I needed to update it with him. I screenshot the info I entered and it was absolutely correct. I felt uncomfortable giving that info over the phone and he said I was the one who called a secure line. How the F do I know that? With so many scam emails, I just said to cancel my order and I'd reorder. He had the WORST attitude about it I just ordered from somewhere else. Don't work in customer service if you can't be somewhat pleasant. From the moment he answered the call he was condescending and rude. BOY BYE!

When you order checks, ask how many come in a 'box'. I ordered two boxes from this outfit, and at the check-out page, they tacked on a hefty 'handling fee' which made a 'box' not so much of a bargain compared with other sites. Then, to add injury to insult, when the order came, there were only 200 checks. There was no box. The entire order wouldn't have filled one actual check box that checks used to come in. And the order came in two separate mailings a day apart, angering me even more, causing me to think their 'box' was only 50 checks.

The checks I received are not perforated through. There is a section in the checks for the entire book that is not perforated and each check tears at that point. The portion where you enter the amount in numbers has the same pattern that is patterned throughout the check with making it difficult to see the amount.

Ordered checks last week based on what they looked like on their website. How else can you do it? The checks I got are NOTHING like what they advertised. On the site they are rich in color, vibrant and deep in color What I got looked like the printer ran out of ink! HORRIBLE. Customer service kept trying tell me ALL checks are like that these days. Which is BS because I still have checks from the previous place I got them and they are EXACTLY what was advertised by that site. Checks.com is a ripoff!

My check order was taking longer to be delivered than had been indicated on my order. The links provided on the site, to track orders, were broken. I contacted Customer Service to ask about my order. Several days later I got a terse reply to check my order via the tracking number that was on checks.com (even though I had said that I had tried that). Checking the tracking number on USPS.gov showed it was not a valid number. I again contacted checks.com Customer Service to ask what address the checks had been mailed to. Again it took several days for a reply and my question wasn't even answered. I wondered if this runaround was because when placing my order I hadn't paid extra for the "guaranteed tracking". Shouldn't everyone be able to track without paying extra? I will not use this company again.

I spent time to place an order only to find no free shipping and an extra $6.50 handling charge. Don't use them.
