If I could give zero stars I would! I received an email to call their "security division" and when I did, the guy said the account number I entered (twice mind you) was incorrect and I needed to update it with him. I screenshot the info I entered and it was absolutely correct. I felt uncomfortable giving that info over the phone and he said I was the one who called a secure line. How the F do I know that? With so many scam emails, I just said to cancel my order and I'd reorder. He had the WORST attitude about it I just ordered from somewhere else. Don't work in customer service if you can't be somewhat pleasant. From the moment he answered the call he was condescending and rude. BOY BYE!
