They charged me for a ticket, however, when I got to the airport it had never been booked! I was forced to buy a last minute ticket at the counter. Still fighting to get a refund. HORRIBLE NEVER USE CHEAPOAIR

THIEVES! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Never book a flight from this resource. I booked a flight mistakenly for in the PM but needed a AM flight. I immediately called customer service who charged me $25.00 to make the changes and received a confirmation email with the new flight. 24 hours prior to my flight, I receive a confirmation email with the old PM flight itinerary. I called and spoke with several customer reps, even the one who booked my flight. The customer rep who supposedly changed my flight reported that the fight was over booked and that I was given my booked back onto my old flight. I called the airline itself who reported that there were several seats on the flight that I changed in the AM. I called Cheapoair back in which no one could help me without charging a $200 dollar fee and difference in flight. Can you say ANGRY? Per several customer service reps, the system showed where I was charged $25.00 but the changes were not made by the representative. Therefore, I will be taking legal advice on this situation. Please think twice before utilizing this resource.

Contrary to what they say on their website, they won't respond to you within 24 hours, email to their address bounces, and I was on hold for over 30 minutes. Avoid them!

I have filed a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General for fraudulent behavior.

The worse service that u can ever imagine!
They doesn't care about customer service. Customer service is in India. Everyone there talking with a heavy Indian accent hard to understand, I called three times and each time I waited over 1 hour waiting for someone to answer, and if u need to check something it's takes over 30 minutes. You'll have to take a day off to speak with them and after all that I didn't get the service I ask for. In fact, the few dollars u will save in cheapoair will cost u a lot of time and nervues.

Reserved room for hotel in Albuquerque, NM. Called hotel same day to find out hours for check-in & they stated they didn't have our reservation. Cheapostay had already charged our card & no reservation. Went to hotel website for costs to reserve directly to them & it was cheaper. Called cheapostay to cancel & the submitted refund but charged $15 service fee... service fee for what? There was no reservation ever made.

The worst flight ticket company! No refund. Company team phone call is in India, they have zero care what's happen to you. $24 insurance cancelation work if you are in the hospital or died. Never buy a ticket from them

They don't itemize what “fees” are included in their exorbitant rates! They list $38 for Hooters Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas on 01/11/2014. When I clicked thru, the total charge was $97 – more than twice the alleged room fee. If I go to Hooters website, their room rate is $55 with a grand total of $76.10, so $21.10 in taxes and fees. Cheapostay is charging $59 in taxes and fees. Why on earth would anyone book with them? Very misleading and very shady. Do NOT book with them.

The customer is absolutely the worst I've ever dealt with. Not to mention their websites is very misleading and good luck trying to get in contact with anybody in under 35 minutes. If by chance they pick up they will most likely hang up before they have to help you.

I used this site and had absolutely no problems. It was very sketchy, I will admit that and I was waiting for something to go wrong but surprisingly nothing did. I booked from NY to CA with no stops and it was very cheap, compared to everywhere else. When it wouldn't let me book online, someone called me to book it. YES, very sketchy but I went along with it anyways. Afterwards got a confirmation and also checked with the flight website making sure I actually had a confirmation and I did. I also had my boyfriend check with his bank and they only charged him once. I honestly would never book with them again, only cause I read all these reviews and I'm afraid that the next time something would go wrong. But I can also honestly say that I was happy that everything worked out and that I got these tickets for very cheap :)

I book a ticket in Cheapoair.com yesterday. They confirm my ticket but didnt send my tickets (e-tickets) after 24 hours. They call me and said we are checking your account. The thing is i have enough money in my bank and i called emergency contact number of my bank account they said they have never refuse any payments from my account till now.
My ticket was from manchester to tehran

Cheapoair sold me a ticket that involved an impossible transfer in which I would have to re-check-in for my second flight in only 55 minutes. I was told that because I would miss the check-in time that I would not be re-issued a second flight that I would have to purchase a new one and the only other flight was leaving roughly 10 hours later. My only other option was to spend 300 GBP extra to pay for a direct flight. I wish i had of done this from the start and not wasted my time with Cheapoair, I never will again.

I have used Cheapoair about 7 times already. Never had a problem and I hope I never will as I'm planning to use them again. Great service, a very simple process of booking the flight, and there is a phone number which actually connects you with the representative, if you need it. The staff on the phone is nice and helpful.
As a recommendation, it would be nice to have a feature such as reminder (phone call or email).

Is one star is the minimum that I can rate them? Horrible customer service, wait on the phone for a long time before an agent comes on the line. On a Sunday, I booked a room for a weekend a month away at the Embassy Suites in Anaheim, CA. Because of a hectic work week, when I checked my email the following Friday, I found out that there are two booking numbers for the intended weekend. Basically, the agent booked me twice. I called to adjust the booking, I was told that it's non-refundable. I was transferred around to different agents. Then an agent said that she will try but can not promise that I would get a refund; she would call me back. So basically, instead of paying $314.51 for one room for the weekend. I was charged $629.02 for two rooms. Also, I booked for two adults, myself and my wife, and my three boys. The itinerary only shows two adults. This is a terrible experience. I definitely will tell all my friends and family member to stay away from cheapostay.com.

The process of booking a flight, car rental and hotel can be quite frustrating to say the least. My experience on the cheapoair.com website was much different! I got the cheapest flight possible and quality car rental and hotel room. I was actually excited after booking my trip with cheapoair.com! I would utilize this site in the future and have already recommended cheapoair.com to my other business partners and friends! Their customer service is friendly and helpful and my trip was great. I booked my flight from Chicago to Cancun. I should've known it was a scam! When I punched in my info it automatically booked the flight... I never got to even look over it. I instantly knew something wasn't right. Once I FINALLY got a hold of customer service, the guy barely spoke English. Thankfully, my card was declined due to a cap on the amount I could take out. He insisted on trying again, and I Played dumb and said I was going to change the dates. He insisted. I kept saying no, and then told him I was going to use my husbands card... he insisted he run that too. After convincing him I would use his card, I asked him numerous times if he would try running my card again, and he told me he wouldn't, unless he had my permission. As soon as I hung up with him, I called my bank, and from the time I was on the phone with my bank (Roughly 4 min.) He had ran my card 3 more times!

PS. I've been scammed once before. They make it seem so real. Most of the reviews were written by their own people to make it seem more realistic and reliable!
