I tried to book this flight last Friday and it cost less, but when I tried to purchase it wouldn't let me enter my cvc code for the credit card payment and I ran out of time.

I have been using CheapOAir for the past few years to book my tickets, which are always cheaper than booking directly with the airlines themselves. I have only had one issue with double charges, but this was quickly rectified. I will continue to use cheapOair.

I tried to book online and everything worked out til the last page said I couldn't get those flights, no explanation just no. I called the help number and Jamaron was very helpful and got me what I needed. When you sent me the confirmation you kept sending just the return flight, not the outgoing one. Another phone call got that straightened out. So I hope everything goes as pla nned.

Never again to book with this horrible booking site, Terrible customer service, and they even don't know how to speak with their clients, they don't have enough experience. They ask me for my password in my Cheapoair account, they are horrible, I paid money to keep my ticket flight for one year, after six month they mentioned your voucher amount is expired, can you imagine how they ripped me off on this?
Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
