I called the help number and Jamaron was very helpful and got me what I needed. When you sent me the confirmation you kept sending just the return flight, not the outgoing one. Another phone call got that straightened out. So I hope everything goes as pla nned.

Never again to book with this horrible booking site, Terrible customer service, and they even don't know how to speak with their clients, they don't have enough experience. They ask me for my password in my Cheapoair account, they are horrible, I paid money to keep my ticket flight for one year, after six month they mentioned your voucher amount is expired, can you imagine how they ripped me off on this?
