My project was due and I reached out to customer service- The phone number is no longer in service. I emailed - texted - chatted - but no resolution been made. No one is taking any inactivate to taking care of the service. I ended up got bad grades. I even chose their " top 10 writers - which you will have to paid 25% on top of regular fee- but nothing has been done " stay away from this service.
I paid nearly $25.00 and gave a deadline of 4 days to complete my essay, all i got to say is that it seemed as if the writer did it in a couple hours and furthermore didn't read my instructions. I clearly stated that I wanted it was based on a college perspective but rather wrote on a high school perspective. It's useless to me, waste of time and money.

First things first this app claims that it has real people/professionals or whatever the hell they are write these essays that is completely not true AT ALL. And if they are real people they're about as dumb as a bag of rocks or just your average joe on the street working this as a side hustle. The first essay did not even follow the rubric I posted. It was so wrong, talking about the wrong thing, not even the correct length, and not using the correct sources. Completely wrong topic. The second essay I ordered a 3 hour essay was not even finished in enough time. I still have not even gotten it and its about 22 mins after and the due date was 10 mins after the time I ordered the essay to be done. Super unacceptable and the customer service was terrible. They were asking me for extra time, and did nothing when I told them about the first essay. Im still waiting on a full refund on both. Absolutely ridiculous

I paid about $150 CAD for an essay. It was supposed to be done a day ago and still is not done. Now I am late for my deadline, there is no way for me to contact the writer or the administrators. I asked an hour after my purchase if I can refund. I only received a reply about 5 hours later (they claim 24/7 support). I was asked for the order number to see if they can cancel, and after I provided it no reply. Now I am waiting for my essay and my deadline has passed and I am getting no replies to my email. They do not follow the guidelines set in place, and when you ask for the essay to be fixed, the writers don't fix them and they don't tell you until 10 hours later when your stuff is already due. The customer service is horrible they claim to reply in under 10 minutes but reply 40 minutes later. Yes, the prices are cheap but it is not worth the hassle. Do not use this website. The orders are late too.
